Wonderful check-in experience + I am so glad we booked at GLAD 🙂. We had a wonderful check-in experience and special thanks to Shane! He was very friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment we arrived. He made the check-in process smooth and easy and took the time to make sure we have the best experience he could offer. His warm and helpful attitude gave us a great first impression of the hotel. Thank you, Shane, for making us feel so welcome!

Disappointment! + The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Even if it's not near to the central seoul attractions, it's well communicated with a subway and bus stop in front of the main door. − I booked a twin double bed room for a four people family but the room had a double and a single bed. When we complained about this with the front desk, they weren't helpful and in the end told us to send our complaint to booking.com. In the end we had 5 night uncomfortable stay. This kind of behavior is not expected for a 4-star hotel, total disappointment, if the room description was well detailed, for sure I wouldn't have booked this hotel.

+ 여전히 깨끗했고 비즈니스호텔 중 죄고라고할정도로 시설도 좋았어요. 직원들도 상당히 친절했고 배달음식도 시킬수있도록 허용해주셔서 감사했습니다. − 11층에비해 6층은 세탁기도 스타일러도 기능이 현저히 떨어졌고 좀 많이 습하서 쾌적함히 현저히 떨어졌습니다. 바로전달에 11층은 쾌적했는데. 같은날씨 8월 6층은 습하고 기기들도 좀 기능이 떨어져서 불편했어요. 냉장고도 입실하자마자 말썽이어서 사전 기기 점검부분이 미진하지않았나싶습니다. 화장실도 미끄럼방지 처리가 필요해보였어요.
