Pretty villa but bad sewer smell, plumbing issues, and poor housekeeping. Do NOT recommend. + The hotel was beautiful with the white bohemian layout, flowers and privacy of the palm trees. There were many issues with the villa but the property was gorgeous. − We booked Villa 8 at this property for our honeymoon based on the beautiful photos, but our experience was extremely disappointing, especially for this being our first time in Bali. This is our honest review. From the first day, we reported that the shower was not draining. Water would build up to our ankles, and there was a terrible sewer smell every time we showered. We were told it would be fixed, but it wasn't. It took 3-days of our 5-day stay before the drain was finally repaired. Once it was fixed, the hot water stopped working, requiring yet another maintenance request that also took time to resolve. During our stay, the power went out across the entire property for more than two hours. The villa was completely dark,…

Super villa à Uluwatu + Belle villa joliment décorée Emplacement super près des principaux spots et restaurants environ 15 min en voiture. Personnel très réactif et très gentil. Ils ont veillé à notre confort merci à tous et surtout Gabriella pour son accueil 🤎 − Sèche cheveux trop petit et pas assez puissant

MARAVILLOSA ESTANCIA Y MARAVILLOSO PERSONAL + La ubicación es perfecta ya que no está en todo el follon sino a unos minutos en moto. El lugar es maravilloso, las villas preciosas y la decoración magnífica ... Pero lo mejor, con mucha diferencia , el maravilloso trato de TODO el staff del espacio, desde el primera al último son maravillosas personas, siempre con una alegría desbordante y pendientes de hacer que nuestra estancia sea perfecta ... Un abrazo fortísimo a "Rey, Ayu y Gabriela que eran las caras visibles de recepción... Lo único malo es despedirnos de ellos , espero volverlos a ver !!!

Parfait + Mazari Villas est parfait, que ce soit la villa ou le personnel. Tout est fait pour que l’on passe un bon séjour. La villa 1 chambre est très spacieuse, c’est une vraie piscine (hauteur 1m20) et possibilité de faire quelques longueurs! Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours présent pour réponse à nos besoins. Une mention spéciale à Gabriella et Rey! − Rien!

Toller Urlaub in luxuriösem Ambiente! + Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Auf jede Anfrage wurde eingegangen, jedes Thema wurde gelöst. Vielen Dank im Speziellen an Ayu, Adi, Gabriela und vor allem Galih! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch ein Arzt wurde organisiert!
