+ good breakfast, good location, easy access to airport and Kuta center. − If we turned the air conditioner up to a higher temperature so that it wouldn't be too cold in the evening, we couldn't turn the temperature down later.

We booked this hotel on a whim to stay for our last night in Bali. It was close to the airport, staff were friendly and + The room was an adequate size, all facilities clean and ample. The bed was incredibly comfortable. − Nothing!

Ok for 1 night only , close to airport. + Location close to discovery mall − Pool was not clean and missing tiles, swim up bar not managed. Decking needs maintenance and upgraded. Had to pay extra for a bar fridge in the room.

Value for money and comfortable stay + The room have all basic equipment. We didn’t get a chance to check out the pool which is located on the top floor. Value for money and located in the busy street so lots of vide outside. − The room didn’t have mini fridge and bathroom was bit small.

Never again. + Location − It’s basically a backpackers. Very run down. No facilities at all. Dangerous decking and tiling all through. Noisy with no soundproofing.

Polite and humble staff with a convenient location near Indian restaurants. However, the hotel did not meet the expected + The staff were very polite, humble, and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel location was also very convenient, with many Indian restaurants nearby, which made it easy for us to find food we liked. − The hotel was shown as a 3-star property, but in my opinion it did not meet the expected standard. The facilities felt old, cleanliness could be improved, and even the bed blanket was torn. Overall, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again or recommend it to others.

This is our 3rd time staying at Fave Hotel and it will be our last. + The location is perfect and close to many restaurants and shops. The room was good for 1 nights stay, 2 at the most. Breakfast had a few good choices. The rooftop pool is good although many of the tiles have come loose and are sitting at the bottom of the pool. − We've stayed at Fave Hotel 3 times in transit and all of the negative points in the other reviews still exist. The mould smell still exists, the noise of the cleaning staff in the corridors still exist, the stench in the rooftop toilets near the pool still exists. As convenient as it is we thought that this would be a good place to use a somewhere to stay if you fly in late or if you're in transit but the mould is a big issue. The room is a good size for an overnight stay however there is no bar fridge in the room to store bottles of water or other drinks. No smart TV. No additional pillows. + I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was far below the standard I expected. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The shower was covered with visible mold, which is not only unpleasant but also raises serious hygiene and health concerns. During our stay, the towels were never replaced, despite being used for several days. In addition, the room did not include a refrigerator, and we were required to pay an extra fee to have one, which was unexpected and inconvenient. The customer service was equally disappointing. Most staff members appeared unfriendly and unwilling to assist, making us feel unwelcome rather than valued guests. We also asked about using the swimming pool. Around 5:00 p.m., my son was excited to enjoy it, only to find that it was already closed, which was frustrating and disappointing for our family. Finally, the laundry service was excessively expensive compared with similar hotels and offered poor …
