Visually great, but not practical + The staff were friendly and the villa looked beautiful. The on-site restaurant, Base, was great. For adults/couples, this place is probably great − Unfortunately the property is not family/baby friendly. The living area has no air conditioning (only the bedrooms do) and with the property facing the setting sun, the villas get incredibly hot (we clocked the room at 32°c each afternoon) There is a kitchenette in the room but limited utensils to use. The pool is also fairly awkward to get in and out of - there is no ladder or steps into it (only ledge close to the surface that is the only help getting in and out of. To access the villas is all up stairs and in most cases, further stairs to get into the villas themselves. Not ideal when you injure yourself at the hotel and there are no lifts

+ Some.of the staff where very polite and helpful − You have to pay for a coffee 9 Aud with a so called buffet breakfast which had nothing to offer When booking I put 6 people then when I get there I had to pay another 550 aud for a extra bed even though ok there advertising it said enough rooms for 6 people But other then that it was good

+ The views from the villa were amazing! Friendly staff! − The bathroom smelled really bad, staff cleaned it a few times but the smell remained during the whole stay.

Comfortable stay, but needs a refresh + The beds were really comfortable, it was great having our own private pool that got plenty of sunlight throughout the day, and the air conditioners worked really well. − The property is further away, so it is important to be aware that you can't walk to any shops, restaurants or massage places, and the surrounding roads aren't really designed for walking. You'll need to arrange transportation to get around. The biggest disappointment for us was the food. The breakfast was very underwhelming, and the overall menu had limited choices and unfortunately the food was not very enjoyable. We ended up ordering food from outside the property quite regularly. For a property where the idea is to relax in your villa and enjoy the facilities, having a good food offering is really important, and this was a major area that could be improved. The property itself is also starting to feel quite dated and could really benefit from some investment and refurbishment…
