Fabuloso!! + La ubicación es excepcional, a pocos metros de la calle Maliobro. El personal es encantador, siempre atentos y disponibles. Tienen una zona de piscina muy agradable y varias opciones de bares y restaurantes dentro del hotel, lo que es de agradecer porque la ciudad no ofrece mucha alternativa internacional. El buffet del desayuno es espectacular y las habitaciones grandes y muy cómodas. Si te alojas más de una noche, te regalan una sesión de fotos y te dan la que elijas enmarcada, esto nos pareció fabuloso. Igualmente, otro día nos dejaron un detalle de dulces típicos en la habitación. Ese tipo de detalles hacen que el hotel se vea de 5 estrellas. − Me gustó todo pero quizás deban darle una vuelta al tema de las hamacas en la piscina. Es una piscina que está bien aunque no le da mucho el sol a partir de las 14:00 y el problema es que hay muy pocas hamacas para tumbarse así que siendo el hotel tan grande, te encuentras con que bajas a la piscina y te tienes que sentar en un…

+ Posizione eccellente e hotel molto bello, curato e pulito. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Avevamo dimenticato delle cose in hotel e ci hanno prontamente avvertito e organizzato la spedizione nel nostro hotel successivo. Super consigliato!

− The hotel is nice however after a few days I decided to extend my stay by one night. I made a mistake and booked a room without breakfast, which I didn’t notice. In the morning I was sent away by the lady who was checking the rooms in front of the breakfast room. Really ? After spending a few millions rupiah for a few nights I was denied breakfast and asked to pay for it first. Even though I was about to extend my stay by 3 more nights I decided to check out and move to another hotel - at least as good as Melia but half cheaper (breakfast included). This is how you lose your clients. On the other hand Fahid was super helpful. Grzegorz

+ Struttura molto bella con uno staff molto attento ed ogni tipo di servizio a disposizione. Anche la posizione è comoda per passeggiare a malioboro street e in dieci minuti di taxi si raggiunge la via dei ristoranti più famosa. Ristoranti e bar ottimi sono anche all’interno della struttura. Forse l’unico difetto può essere la camera non proprio nuova ma è molto pulita e ha tutto ciò che serve. Consiglio camera vista piscina. − Nulla

Autentico soggiorno! + Bel verde nel giardino interno con piscina, colazione, accoglienza, bello avere un tour operator all’interno per organizzare tour con autista privato − Struttura un pò datata, potrebbe essere modernizzata , camere che danno sull’esterno molto rumorose e puzza di risalita dal bagno. Però abbiamo chiesto di cambiare la camera e hanno subito accolto la nostra richiesta :)

Very nice experience + The front desk and concierge were extremely helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The wifi was good, and the breakfast was excellent. We especially appreciated the complementary daily spa. − There was a smell in the bath which did not dissipate through our stay. If it wasn't for this the stay would have been rated significantly higher.
