+ The staff are exceptional, very accommodating. All meals were wonderful. I would recommend staying − Ceiling peeling in some areas, air-conditioning leaked ,but was swiftly repaired. Boards around spa were very loose, needs repairs. Mould between the shower glass.

The room was amazing and would stay her again just not order food with our stay + Very clean and was a nice room. The staff were also very nice. Room was beautiful. − The food was not the best. Stale bread and small portion size. The food was also cold.

A lovely villa with exceptional staff/ service. + The staff followed by the amenities. It was a lovely place to stay and be spoilt. − Probably myself to blame but a fair distance out of Seminyak and so a good 30 min walk in and back each day. There is a shuttle which we didn’t make use of. Our choosing again. The pool is in your villa and shaded so not much chance to warm the water so usually an in and out dip.

Nice and relaxing home away from home + Nice and quiet location, lots of real plants also The staff are really friendly and helpful too − I think a little maintenance is needed. The wooden floor around the pool seemed to move with a bit of weight on it

A lovely stay to finish our trip + The property was very private and the staff were extremely helpful and lovely throughout our stay. The Villa was clean and had what we needed. Staff cleaned daily and the turn down service was a lovely touch. Any requests we had were dealt with promptly and with a smile! Loved having our own private pool, and the breakfast included made it an easy start to our days. − Whilst the property was lovely it could do with a little love and maintenance. The wooden boards near the pool and bath were not all secure, some fixtures were a little wonky and a little facelift in the kitchen splash back would make the property even better. Additional charging ports throughout would also be really helpful - but overall we had a great stay. We did find we also weren’t particularly close to restaurants or much else in walking distance, so spent a bit of time getting Grabs.

Verouderd en is gewoon een strip met 8 kleine villa's verder helemaal niets aanwezig. + De mensen waren extreem aardig en behulpzaam. − Heeft helemaal geen faciliteiten, geen restaurant. Al het eten dat wordt ergens anders besteld en komt koud aan. En het is erg slecht. Zwembad is erg klein en beetje viezig. wij hebben er 3 dagen gezeten en het zwembad is niet 1 keer schoongemaakt of chloor bijgegooid.

Winter break + The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. − The pool area needed maintenance, the boards were loose and due to the position of the villa the pool area got very little sun. Probably a good thing in summer but not in the cooler months around July when we visited. It's about 15min walk into the restaurant/bar/shop area. It's called Seminyak but it's really Legian.

A great place to stay - very zen and beautiful + The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The accommodation and grounds were beautiful. The private pool was amazing. It was easy to get around with a taxi. Walking to get around was an option for some shops/ restaurants, but not for the main street (taxi there was still very cheap, about AU$4). − There were a few maintenance issues (door not closing/latching, leaking basin, dodgy tap), but nothing too bad.

I enjoyed the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel + I just wanted to let you know that I really enjoyed my stay. I especially liked the beautiful room design, the comfortable bed, and the relaxing pool/jacuzzi. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. A beautiful and peaceful villa with amazing hospitality — a perfect stay in Seminyak! 🌴❤️ + We had a lovely stay at Seminyak Sanctuary Villa. The villa was beautiful, clean and very comfortable, with a peaceful atmosphere that made it perfect for relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The location was also great, with easy access to everything in Seminyak. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very well looked after. − Nothing major at all. We had a very enjoyable stay and would happily come back.
