+ Nous avons passé 2 nuits chez Adi et sa famille. Ils nous ont réservé un accueil formidable, ils sont adorables. La chambre est confortable et calme. Nous avons pris nos repas du soir sur place, ils nous ont été préparés avec amour par Mei, on s’est régalés. − Comme déjà indiqué dans de précédents commentaires la route pour y arriver n’est pas simple et Google Maps envoie sur une route parallèle malgré une bonne localisation ! Adi n’arrive pas à résoudre ce problème à son grand désespoir.

Healing Sanctuary…….a most beautiful place to wake up + Easily the best place I’ve stayed in Bali. Something very special here, it feels like a spiritual healing site. The unique landscape, mountain surrounds and natural forests must play some part in this I believe. Natural water running through the property, rice fields and jungle above. Adi, Agus and Mae provide an unmatched hospitality and care of guests in my opinion. This does not feel like a guesthouse; more like coming to stay with relations. In saying that I felt completely able to choose between enjoying my own company and connecting with these beautiful souls. Mae’s cooking is second to none; she makes exquisite traditional Balinese meals. I loved having a communal fire that seemed to never go out. I loved walking with Bronnie (resident pooch) up to the temple some two miles into the mountain (with a clear path to follow). I feel totally blessed to have been able to come here and be rejuvenated in ways that I never though…

A very special place, it’s the people who make it unforgettable + Duegoal Farmhouse is a little in the middle of nowhere and the accommodation itself is quite simple, but that is completely outweighed by the beautiful surroundings and, above all, the incredible warmth of the family who runs this place. You literally stay surrounded by rice fields, with beautiful views and a garden where they grow their own fruit and vegetables. You can feel how much love and care goes into everything they do. We had originally planned to go out for dinner, but quickly discovered there weren’t really any restaurants nearby. May, the sister of the owner Adi, offered to help us. She went out to get ingredients and started cooking for us. We asked if we could join her, and it spontaneously turned into our own little cooking class. Un endroit magique au coeur de Jatiluwih ! + C'était ma première visite à Jatiluwih et cet établissement était magique ! Très authentique, avec beaucoup de caractère et une vue et décoration formidable, une vraie ferme balinaise qui est un écrin de beauté. J'ai eu un peu de mal à trouver la propriété avec mon driver, mais une fois sur place, c'était le paradis. Agus et sa soeur ont été adorables et m'ont très bien accueilli, je n'y suis restée qu'une nuit mais c'était génial et quel petit déjeuner délicieux, mémorable ! Nous avons pu échanger et Agus m'a accompagnée avec son sympathique driver à Ubud, après une visite des rizières. Je garde un excellent souvenir de cette étape et recommande cet établissement à 300%.
