Grateful we had only intended to stay overnight + The lady at the front desk was lovely and very helpful − We couldn’t use the pool as it was under maintenance, the kitchen for the restaurant had been closed for months so we couldn’t get breakfast and our room had bad damp and mold and there was no hot water.

My day was terrible. I stayed for one hour and I’ll look for another hotel. + Nothing − Everything, moles everywhere including the fridge wall and ceilings. Spiderwebs everywhere the room hasn’t been cleaned for awhile.

Muy habitable y espaciosa pero de mala higiene y necesita limpieza. + Había una bonita piscina y la habitación era muy espaciosa. También tenía aire acondicionado, lo que refrescaba mucho la habitación. En general, un buen espacio habitable. − Había agujeros en la ropa de cama y en la toalla, y el sofá también tenía un olor bastante peculiar. En general, a las sábanas y a las toallas les habría venido bien un lavado.

There was no restaurant no bar not even a can of cool drink no milk no water no kettle no air-con + Nothing we didn't even unpack − The whole place was disgraceful definitely uncharitable

I walked in and walked straight back out I wouldn’t let my dog sleep there + Absolutely nothing − Everything, looks nothing like the pics, smells, dirty and mouldy and everything falling apart, the bench tops and sheets were dirty and pubes on bathroom floor

+ The staff member assisting me was beautiful. − It had black mould all over the place and smelt really bad, i had to leave and was told no refund.

Good for an overnight when you have an early flight in the morning. + Miss Lynnie was so hospitable, very accommodating in organising our taxi and extra pillows. Hotel was close to airport. − Bathroom, shower in bathtub, hotwater not happening. No food or drinks available.
