Disappointing and not completely as advertised. + The rooms are pleasant with good bathrooms, a comfortable bed and nice sitting outside areas. − The property with the 3 bedroom villa is further out of central Ubud than advertised on the website. I had specifically chosen this villa so we could easily walk to the town centre. However we discovered it was 700 metres up a hill. The other big issue is that the villa is part of a construction site with other connected villas being built there. So there is noise all day from at least 7am and sometimes earlier. We were not warned of this at all. Also the housekeeping is not consistent - one day they forgot to do one bedroom. There used to be not always a staff member at the property although we were told they would be there 24/7.

+ Great deck area with private pool. Quiet setting so close to all the action. Not a large establishment so it still has the personal touch. Felt very secure so seldom bothered locking up. − They are currently renovating some villas so there is some construction noise. Still well worth it overall.

Outstanding service, location & villa + The staff were amazing. Kadek, petut and all the staff were so kind, friendly and accommodating. The service could not be better, it is individual and they will know who you are unlike in large resorts. Great safe place for females travelling alone, as the staff will look sfter you. They arranged drivers for us at the last minute, who were also great. The villas were beautiful. Our group stayed in the hot tub and private pool villas. Both were amazing, beautiful ceilings and well decorated. Beds and pillows were very comfortable & bathrooms stunning. The filtered drinking water in each room is a huge convenience. The pool & bar was amazing, gorgeous space. The side doors lock and villa doors, so it is very safe. Staff respond on what's app promptly for assistance 24hrs a day. Très jolie villa et excellent emplacement ! + Localisation très proche de la rue principale d'UBUD (2 minutes à pieds) et pourtant très au calme ! Nous avions la chambre jacuzzi, très jolie et le petit jardin privé est très agréable ! Le personnel est vraiment adorable et soucieux de votre bien être. Très agréable de se faire porter le petit déjeuner (choisi la veille) directement dans votre villa. La chambre est spacieuse, grande armoire de rangement. − Rien. Du tout ! Juste une remarque, sauf erreur de ma part, il est indiqué dans l'annonce qu'il y a un restaurant ça n'est pas le cas. En même temps la ville est tellement proche... Mais après une journée d'excursion on peut avoir la flemme ! Il est toutefois très facile de se faire livrer !

Awesome location!!. Wonderful staff. Above standard accomodation, and awesome value!! + Good − Lack of ceiling fan over breakfast area in spa suite. Cable TV not available. Only Indonesia. These are only suggestions. Value of accomodation reflects fairly on the room facilities as is. 🙂

+ The staff was good. Close to Ubud market. − The villa itself needs a good amount of renovation. Not enough lighting in the rooms during the nighttime. Paints were peeling off from various places.

Location was disappointing, villa was clean. + Very clean, friendly staff, comfortable beds. − The location was not as advertised on booking.com and I specifically chose this villa on loaction. We found this out on arrival, this villa has two locations and this was not specified when we booked. According the the map I booked the Baruna Sari Villa which is 3 mins walk to the main shopping street, however, we were put in their other villa which was about 12 min walk from the main street. We had to specify this distinction each time we got in a taxi as the default is the other villa. On google, this villa is 'Baruna Sari Villa Jungle View'. Also, for a '2 bedroom villa' in Bali, it lacked a space to relax, there was a tiny 2 seater lounge and no dining table. Could have done with a big day bed for when you come back from a day exploring, somewhere to chill. Would recommend, but be aware of the above info regarding location to avoid disappointment on arrival.

The perfect get away from the busy life in Ubud + We booked for 2 nights and ended up spending 4 nights in the villa with private pool. It is such a quiet and peaceful location in ubud but right in the middle of restaurants shops. the staff were wonderful incredibly helpful. They came every morning to clean the room and change the towels. − It is very common in Bali to have humidity smell in the bathrooms and as every place in Bali the shower floor corners could be cleaner. But nothing major they were attending the room every day and this was definitely a bonus.

+ The location and breakfast was great, so was the pool. − I didn’t realise the dining room and kitchen were outside. There was a lot of bugs, ants and lizard coming into the room because of this. We stayed in the two bedroom villa, the upstairs had an external stair case to get to the room. I didn’t feel comfortable having my children sleeping in a room upstairs that we had to walk outside to get to. There was so no living area, just external kitchen and dining room with two bedrooms off this.

Ein Traum der private Pool, einfach nur schön gewesen. Sehr zentral gelegen + Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, erfüllten jeden Wunsch und es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. − Das Moskitonetz und der Kunstrasen, aber sonst alles unheimlich toll gewesen.
