+ El jardín igual a las habitaciones eran muy bonitos estilo Bali con muchos adornos. La piscina es amplia y cuenta con una entrada privada a la playa del hotel. Todo el recinto cuenta con lugares para sentarse tomar el sol o contemplar la naturaleza. Habitaciones amplias con buenas vistas. Las de la primera línea tienen orientación para poder ver el mar. El personal es muy amable. Las habitaciones fueron hechas todos los días. Muy recomendable todo. − Las habitaciones de la planta baja tienen olor a moho.

Bad Timing + The one hour's quiet when the machinery building the boardwalk out the front had a break.. Then it was possible to enjoy the lovely pool overlooking the ocean. Air con was excellent − I wasn't informed the boardwalk was being built right in front of the hotel for my whole stay. It meant due to noise I had to leave the hotel and grounds for most of the day when I'd come to enjoy pool and beach. I emailed about this but no response, no recompense.

+ No beach. Instead of the sound of the ocean, there’s the noise of an excavator all day long, as the local council has decided to pave over the long promenade. Why doesn’t the hotel mention this? Other minor issues: - the à la carte breakfasts are dreadfully monotonous; - we only got hot water on the fifth day of our stay; - everything is a bit shabby, including a broken pool table. The area just beyond the fence is dirty and untidy. The staff goes to great lengths to ensure everything is as pleasant, tidy, and well-maintained as possible. The swimming pool, which overlooks the building site, is clean.

+ Alojamiento con encanto y muchas comodidades, las habitaciones eran enormes, ideales para una familia, y las instalaciones en general estaban cuidadas al detalle. Todos los trabajadores fueron muy amables. Lugar ideal para descansar. − La ubicación es ideal para el relax, y aunque se puede llegar caminando a algunos restaurantes, está alejado de cualquier punto de interés.

Carina + Piscine belle, hanno dei pappagalli nelle gabbie e un ottimo servizio. Si può ordinare da mangiare online, te lo portano e mangi dove vuoi. Ci hanno anche dato la colazione da asporto visto che partivamo prima dell’apertura del ristorante. Abbastanza vicino al porto di padangbai, ma lontano da altri servizi. − Non c’era spiaggia. Il mare si è mangiato la spiaggia e quindi stavano facendo i lavori per risistemare tutto e creare il pontile. Purtroppo però questo non ci era stato comunicato

+ Hotel piękny, czysty, miła obsługa − Hotel prezentuje na swojej stronie nieprawdziwe zdjęcia, zdecydowaliśmy się na to miejsce ze względu na bezpośredni dostęp do plaży, niestety ta okazała się całkowicie niedostępna z uwagi na trwające uciążliwe, głośne prace budowlane, obiekt poinformował o nich dopiero po dokonaniu rezerwacji bezzwrotnej , zamieszczając te informacje w sposób mało widoczny wśród innych ogólnych informacji dotyczących pobytu, nie byliśmy jedynymi zaskoczonymi gośćmi; śniadania dość monotonne

A short stay of two days. The Seawall is being repaired and there is no access to the beach at present, but this is comp + Everything was lovely, staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and thoughtfully decorated. − The small pool was a little murky, however, the large seaside pool was perfect.

Has Potential, not quite there for us. + The hotel itself was beautiful, it had some great looking areas, such as the Buddha area, the Koi pond, and the pools were fairly nice. The rooms were suitable and spacious and had a decent mosquito net. There is a lovely restaurant called Warung B Tok just up the road, 2 minute walk, and is fantastic. And a few other great establishments further on. − Room: No TV, the minibar was empty, and also leaking. The toilet needed about 20 minutes to flush after flushing once. Furniture was dated and dusty. Hotel: Quite expensive based on the area, didn't utilise its space very well with deck chairs/loungers, theres few and are all in the shade. Above the restaurant is dead space and isnt used to its potential (just 1 table and some chairs). We booked the hotel on the basis that they had a private access beach for snorkeling, and this was blocked off and closed, we were informed just 2 days before arrival. Furniture is very outdated around the hotel…
