TRAUM + Super nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Unterkunft ist etwas ganz besonderes mitten im hügligen Dschungel sehr hoch gelegen.

Beautiful view + The view was extremly beatifull. Amazing. We had very big room with private garden. Very nice staff − It was bit far from the center and Ubud traffic was horrible, it took houer to go to the center. Slitly overpriced and instagram place. It is not an issue, but I didnt like fake flowers and waterfall. The nature was by itself so beautifull, there was no need of it

Entorno de lujo y belleza + La tranquilidad, la habitación y las piscinas. − Había un ruido constante en la habitación que ocurría cada 20 minutos que venia de una máquina de agua y me despertaba. Era bastante alto. La comida no era excelente a la altura de un hotel de 5 estrellas pero era correcta.

+ Villa jest naprawdę piekna, zadbana i bardzo klimatyczna. Spędziliśmy tutaj z żoną nasz miesiąc miodowy i pod względem samego obiektu oraz warunków do wypoczynku jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Villa jest cudowna i pozwoliła nam naprawdę odpocząć. Obsługa była w porządku, choć momentami można było odnieść wrażenie, że kontakt jest bardziej nastawiony na dodatkową sprzedaż niż na autentyczną troskę o gościa. Podsumowujac: piękne miejsce, bardzo zadbana villa i świetne warunki do wypoczynku, ale przy tej cenie i standardzie oczekiwałem czegoś więcej pod względem gościnności i podejścia do wyjątkowej okazji. − Szkoda tylko, że z okazji miesiąca miodowego hotel nie przygotował nawet drobnego gestu od siebie, np. drobnego gestu od siebie, np. kieliszka szampana czy małej niespodzianki. Przy tej cenie za villę oczekiwałbym trochę więcej serdeczności i wyjątkowego podejścia do gości, szczególnie podczas takiej okazji i tak długiego lotu.
