All is there to make a nice stay, but some details can spoil everything + - quite modern style and design, the rooms and terrasse are big, the room service is good quality - beautiful view on the Vulcano and straight − - you pay high price to get a terrasse but you can not smoke on it ! - only one electric plug for all the room ! only one towel for 2 persons, and they refuse to give more (based on a 200 EUR rate per night, and 5 stars classification) - some of the staff can not inform properly (they told me that breakfast is until 12 am, but actually it was 10 when arrived in the restaurant) - no indication where and how to go to the reception, when arrived (just guess that you have to park your car somewhere)

+ I liked it because I was expecting worse, the location is nice the hotel facilities are nice, the staff are very nice and friendly, except the beach pool and beach pool area. It look much better on the pictures but in reality the beach pool/area is crap! − See above

+ Room consider ok. can play at beach with shuttle − The hotel was not very well maintained, and the overall service fell short of expectations. Staff were unwilling to provide an additional blanket upon request, which was disappointing. The doorknob in my room was broken, and basic amenities such as hand towels were not provided. Considering the price paid, I do not feel the stay offered good value for money. There is definitely room for improvement in both maintenance and guest service.

Beautiful hotel in a remote area of Anyer. Very good spot for a relaxed getaway. + The friendliness of the staff was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble for them. Specially the pool attendant Sugan. He really went out of his way for us to feel welcomed. It felt as if we had a private swimming pool. The range of food at breakfast was also good. The surrounding area of the hotel is very well taken care off. − Some of the overall cleanliness or maintenance in some parts of the hotel let it down. The shower head was loose and kept falling forward, making it uncomfortable to use. The area behind the headboard on the bed had quite a lot of dust trapped behind it, and the tap on the bathtub was also loose and wonky. They should all ideally be replaced. Also, the downstairs pool by the beach was looking a bit tired with some tiles missing on the outside wall.
