+ Superbe expérience dans cette hôtel. Les logements sont beaux, très très propres! Eaux chaudes. L’équipes se pli en 4 pour vous aider. On été pris en charge comme des rois en tout cas :) − Parfois l’anglais n’est pas très bien compris par tout le personnel mais il arrive toujours à trouvé une personne qui comprends mieux. C’était peut être un peu loins du centre ville où ça bouge un peu plus mais seulement si vous êtes à pied, sinon véhicule pas de soucis pour vous!!

Beautiful place in Mangsit + It was a lovely, peaceful place to stay. Not far from the beach, bars and restaurants. The staff are so lovely and friendly. They keep everything spotlessly clean. Breakfast was the best we’ve had on our trip around Indonesia. − Everything was great.

Un angolo di paradiso + Struttura molto curata e pulitissima. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ci hanno anche organizzato l’ escursione alle Secret Gili e i trasferimenti per l’aeroporto a prezzi ottimi. La struttura si trova in un piccolo villaggio locale dove passeggiando si entra in contatto con la magnifica gente del posto, inoltre si trova a cinque minuti a piedi da alcuni beach resort dove è possibile mangiare, usufruire dei lettini e soprattutto godere dei bellissimi tramonti.

Chambre confortable mais service à améliorer + Chambre très agréable et propre. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux. − Le lieu n’est pas vraiment au calme beaucoup de bruit la nuit avec mosquée très proche. Les petits déjeuners sont servis sur la table devant le logement mais elle est trop petite donc obligés de mettre des choses par terre. Ils proposent par message sur booking des transferts mais ne les honorent pas. J’ai demandé un transfert la veille à 17h30 pour le lendemain 10h. On m’a répondu à 8h le jour même comme quoi ce n’était pas possible … Et pareil pour le deuxième transfert, on m’a dit que je n’avais rien réservé alors que j’avais les messages sur booking et que ce sont eux qui n’ont pas appelé le chauffeur. L’anglais n’est pas maîtrisé par tous les employés ce qui amène à des confusions.

Hotel correcto, buena ubicación. + Personal muy atento, la ubicación bien en moto, y varios sitios muy buenos de comida cerca. La habitación cómoda y limpia. Buena relación calidad precio, hotel bien. − No daban botella de agua cerrada sino una jara, cerca de mezquita y el techo nada insonorizado, pero no es culpa del alojamiento. Tuvimos mala suerte eran unas fiestas locales y justo la musica estaba muy cerca del hotel y aunque nos dieron tapones y nos informaron justo en el check in fue un poco incomodo. Nos fuimos la segunda noche a otro hotel y nos dejaron la moto mas horas sin cobrarnos nada. Por lo que todo bien.
