+ L’emplacement est bien au calme. − La propreté n’est pas au rendez-vous, wc sale incrusté de saleté au fond, draps gris-jaune et pas blanc, ne mérite pas le standing annoncé au regard du prix de la nuit trop élevé vs niveau de l’établissement

Super Lage direkt am Strand + Hotel mit Villen direkt am Strand. Bei schönem Wetter kann das Frühstück an Tischen angrenzend zum Strand eingenommen werden. Da kann man auch Mittag- oder Abendessen. Freundliche Bedienung. Tolles SPA Angebot mit verschiedenen Massagen. Sehr entspannend, empfehlenswert. Diverse Kurse im Angebot. Billiard- und Pingpongtisch vorhanden. − Ganz klar die Sauberkeit bei Ankunft in der Unterkunft (Villa). Vielleicht war diese zuvor länger nicht vermietet. Im Restaurant kann es bei grossem Ansturm zu längeren Wartezeiten kommen. Das ist uns am ersten Abend beim Abendessen passiert, bis nur schon die Getränke serviert wurden, auf das Essen mussten wir noch viel länger warten. Beim zweiten Abendessen hat alles bestens funktioniert. Die Servicemitarbeiterin war stets freundlich, auch beim ersten Abendessen. Wir hatten eher den Eindruck, dass die Küche und die Bar für die Getränke überlastet waren, nicht die Bedienung.

+ Eigentlich ein sehr schönes Resort, Lage direkt am Strand war gut, genauso wie das Essen. Sehr große Zimmer − Leider war unser Zimmer sehr dreckig und muffig

+ We had a Villa and absolutely loved it. It was huge. Massive bedrooms, ensuited. Private pool, great. Although the complex pool was also great. Property is right on the beach, black sand, but lovely to walk, and has a reef close, so snorkeling was good. − Polished tiled floors. Unfortunately this is most of Bali, so you need to be very careful when walking around.
