+ Un personnel aux petits soins, attentif à notre bien-être et rempli de bienveillance. Leur véritable point fort est, à mon avis, la qualité exceptionnelle de l’équipe ainsi que le cadre magnifique. Le petit-déjeuner était tout simplement délicieux. − Je pense qu’il faudrait simplement effectuer quelques petits travaux ; quand on est maniaque comme moi, on remarque immédiatement les détails.

Can’t fault my stay or praise the s + The property was amazing, great facilities, easy communication with staff (great English), the spa was exceptional, the cook was very kind - food was always prepared within minutes of the request and brought into the room - their food was absolutely amazing (especially the spring rolls), staff were very attentive - always asking if I needed anything, if I was to need anything they brought it to me within minutes of the request, the room was in great condition - had everything that I needed for a great stay. − Wasn’t prepared for the shower to have no roof above - left a lot of bugs to enter the room. Was unable to use the TV due to settings - was in Balinese language and unable to access streaming platforms.

Wonderful place! + Don’t trust the photos. The territory of this hotel is much, much greener, more beautiful, and more blooming than you can see in any pictures. Everything here feels even better in real life. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and enjoyable — I was honestly excited every single day just to be here. The staff are amazing: super friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything. The room is clean and well-maintained, housekeeping does a great job every day. The pool is clean and refreshing, perfect for relaxing. The food is delicious, with plenty of options, and the drinks are just as good. Overall, everything was great — truly a wonderful experience. I would definitely come back! − The only small thing I noticed is that the door locks can be a bit tricky to open sometimes. Overall, everything was great — truly a wonderful experience. En general, fue una estancia muy agradable y relajante. El sitio tiene muy buena ubicación y un ambiente perfecto para d + Mi estancia en Rebels Point fue muy buena. It was a great place for recovery. + Very comfortable bed and amazing pillows, everything was clean, the shower especially was one of the best I ever had. I was staying in their newest villa though. The staff were very nice, Yuli in particular was incredible, I have never felt a calmer presence than the one she has! − Don’t expect a tropical view, it was a bit more expensive than I would normally pay for a place with no view. The garden was very basic. I think more tropical plants would make all the difference.

+ The hotel staff and service were very good, and everyone was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and pest control were a major issue. There were lizards inside the room, including on the ceiling. One of them even defecated on my head while I was sleeping, which was a very unpleasant experience. There were also larger lizards in the bathroom. I hope the hotel improves its pest control because the service itself was excellent.

Wonderful Traditional Bali Stay + The staff were great and friendly. Loved the resident cat, she was very sweet. Staff were always helpful with queries and rectifying any issues we might have had.
