+ Close to all amenities, shop across the road has a safe cash machine. Beach is a short 15/20 min walk away. Plenty of amazing restaurants and bars within a 10 min grab. Location is quality. − As anywhere plenty of mosquitoes but the staff regularly spray the bushes and place coils morning and night. Only negative

Rest everything is good in the villa. + Property is spacious and good for family. − As mentioned in the villa’s instructions, the bedsheets are expected to be clean, and guests are responsible for taking care of any stains caused during their stay. However, when we arrived, we noticed that there were already stains on the mosquito net, bedsheets, and even the pillows. This was the main concern we had. Additionally, when we got up in the morning, we noticed some particles not sure what exactly it was.

We really enjoyed our stay and the down points were not huge in the scheme of things. Nice place to stay. + Great set up with the outdoor area and pool. Enjoyed the privacy. Staff were wonderful, both friendly and helpful. − Nearest bars for AFL games were a 25-30 minute walk away. Room service food could do with some improvement.
