Decent place + Nice hotel a little out of Padang centre (a Grab costs little to get there). Comfortable rooms and beds, and a seriously good breakfast (be adventurous!) The staff are all friendly and really professional. − Some of the fittings are a little old, but everything works

Great Value, Comfortable Stay with an Excellent Breakfast + The room was spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size. I had a great night's sleep as the hotel was nice and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and check-in was quick and easy. The complimentary buffet breakfast was the highlight. It mainly catered to Indonesian guests, but there were plenty of Western options too, including bread, croissants, and other breakfast favourites. It was excellent and added great value to the stay. The location was convenient, with shops nearby, and GoJek drivers were always available within a few minutes. The beach is also not far away. I didn't use the swimming pool, but it looked large and well maintained. Overall, I thought the hotel offered excellent value for money. − A few things looked a little worn. I noticed a couple of marks on the pillows, and the mattress looked quite old when I accidentally lifted the sheet, altho…

Good place but badly managed. + Close to the beach. − Staff did not reply to requests. When we got there they had all ready doubled booked me. A lot of messing around. They don’t ever even pickup none calls or emails.
