+ Un hotelazo de lujo a precio de un hotel normalucho de Europa, en medio de Pangkalan Bun. La piscina, la recepción, el restaurante.. todo perfecto. Buen desayuno. Y además está cerca del paseo fluvial aunque el la ciudad no hay muchas cosas que ver. Estuvimos en el hotel después de tres días en la jungla en barco y lo disfrutamos mucho

Lujo a bajo precio + Es un hotel que parece de 5*, habitación grande, cama grande y cómoda, lujoso,, personal agradable y el de recepción habla bien en inglés, desayuno bueno − El restaurante tiene platos que parecen muy lujosos, bastante más caro que comer fuera del hotel pero la calidad mala, no nos gustó nada la cena.

A good place with good value for money, provided one gets inside facing rooms. + Very clean and the staff accommodated our request for connecting twin rooms. − Limited food options around the place means only room service or the hotel restaurant. The food was very average for our palate. Also, the main road facing rooms having to tolerate the noise from the nearby mosque. Very loud prayer calls & prayers at 4 am makes it difficult to get quality sleep. They could surely have some good noise insulation in the windows to help guests from that noise.

New, clean and convenient, good for short stay + Very recent build hotel probably the latest and best in Pangkalanbun. Modern design with an Indonesian touch and convenient location, easy access to airport. Green approach with no bottle and a refillable container in the room. − Restaurant and room service menu are limited but there are plenty of option nearby. The 2 mosques nearby for non-Muslim people may be challenging during early prayer time as sound proofing is definitively not good despite the recent build

Great rest after cancelled flight. + The bed was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. There spaghetti Bolognese was very nice. Good location. − The pool chairs were wobbly and the pool seating area was a little dirty. There was little corn in the corn fritters.
