Idyllisch + Idyllische Unterkunft, gut gelegen mit viel grün, sehr nettes Personal − Leider konnte man den Pool nicht benutzen und der Nachbar hat die ganze Nacht laut Musik gehört

Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. − İlk gittiğimizde rezervasyon karışıklığı yapmışlar bizi 1 km ötedeki diğer tesislerine götürmek istediler. Rezervasyonunuz orada diye fakat aslında kendi hatalarıydı. Biz burası için yer ayırttık diye tekrar söyleyince ilk gece konaklamamızı daha pahalı olan özel havuzlu odada yapma imkanı sağladılar. Ertesi gün kendi odamıza geçtik. Kendi odamızın banyosunda kötü bir koku vardı.

Terrible + Only the locations was nice it was center of shops and Canggu − I respect all the workers there but I stay too many hotels in Bali so I must write this review for they improve service. 1- You can never find the workers you must be 2-3 time walk to see and the hotel walking area really long :D They are never in the deck. 2- Toilet was too much bad bidet can scratch your part. It was the most bad bidet I ever seen. 3- Shower head was terrible every hole send water another place if you get water to your body you're lucky. 4- Pools are dirty we don't even try swim. If you swim there be ready for sickness. 5- Water and other products not given daily just one time in entrance. 6- MOST MOST MOST bad thing to happen us!!!!! We give our clothes their laundry service. All of our clothes come with painted black. After we talk for compensation for damages, they just give us 500.000 idr it's like 28 usd. It doesn't even cover one piece of our clothes. Never use laundry here. The…

Great place + Design Beautiful grounds and set back from road so quiet Close to restaurants. We loved inclusiv on the corner and the gourmet supermarket Staff were friendly and helpful − It’s over 10 minutes walk from sea. Booking.com search referred to it as seafront (this is not in the hotel description itself) The “pool” is actually 3 tiny squares so more a scenic water feature than a place to swim The only time I got bitten in Bali was in Cenggu but that’s not the hotel’s fault!

+ Pres de la plage et des spots de surf. Ma chambre était près d une piscine . Centre ville mais extrêmement calme. Le manager très attentif et efficace − La personne chargée du ménage te vois avec de gros bagages et n aide pas. Ma copine a trouvé un rongeur dans sa chambre et on voulait la déplacer à 15’ de la ( donc 30’ de la plage à pie) ou la laisser la car ils avaient mit de l anti moustique …laisser cousine était salle, pas vraiment indiqué pour cousiner
