Great location, super friendly and helpful staff. + The location was within walking distance to a lot of places such as poppies lane and lots of amazing restaurants. Checking in and out was a smooth and easy process with super friendly and helpful staff. − Nothing, it was all amazing and I will be coming back.

Not worth the excessive price for the area due to the excessive noise only spent 1 night there + Location was selected as it was off the main route and away from the hustle and bustle, but inside it was noisy due to the guests, so not peaceful and quiet as hoped. Not worth the excessive price that is for sure. − It was overpriced for what you got. Thought the place would be quiet & it was not. The pool was a zoo due to just a few children from a family that were unruly and parents from India not disciplining them and management not doing anything to control the situation. As it was right next to the dining place it made for an unpleasant situation, when all I wanted was a quiet relaxing dinner in peace and quiet, but not to be had.

Great stay! + Yuli was amazing. From the moment we arrived she made sure our stay was perfect. Very helpful, even suggesting a move to another room without an adjoining door, which was appreciated. The rooms are a good size for two, comfy bed and pillows, lovely temperature shower and good water pressure, air-conditioning worked well and the room was very clean. Lovely shaded pool in the centre of the ground floor. 15 min walk to the beach with lots of places to shop and eat close by. Hotel is down a side road so it was nice and quiet. Indonesian breakfast was included and the chefs made eggs anyway you wanted fresh every morning. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Conveniently located hotel in central Kuta + The hotel was central and you could walk to the beach/shopping areas. The rooms were small but comfortable and the breakfast buffet was nice. The staff was friendly. − While the hotel was not on the main street, we could hear music throughout the night from outside. Also, the other guests were quite loud, even in the middle of the night.
