+ El jardín ,el porchey la piscina . − Olor a humedad al llegar.. El baño no estaba en uso por antiguo y sucio. No había presión de agua y el agua caliente tardaba mucho en llegar y se escapaba todo hacia el suelo. Problemas con las toallas. Esto era en la habitación 9,no sé en las demás .

Decepcionada + El personal muy amable − Está lejos del centro de Ubud,la habitación estaba sucia ,las toallas muy viejas ,no suelo dejar comentarios malos ,pero por comentarios que creo que no son reales elegí este hotel y me decepcionó,el baño de la habitación es muuuuy viejo ,eso sí,el personal excepcional

+ La localisation à l écart du centre ville.au calme .belle piscine et jardin − Service petit déjeuner long(1h).serviettes de bains et draps tachés et déchirés un peu dommage pour un trois étoiles.il faut parfois prendre un Grab pour aller en ville c est quand même loin

Un petit havre de paix, magnifique et plein de charme, où l’on est accueilli à merveille. + J’ai adoré l’accueil et la gentillesse des gens, on se sent tout de suite comme chez soi. C’est un vrai petit havre de paix, calme et ressourçant, avec un cadre absolument magnifique. Un endroit charmant où tout est joli dans le moindre détail. Je recommande les yeux fermés. − Rien à redire, séjour parfait. Le seul défaut, c’est de devoir repartir !

AMAZING + THE STAFF ARE SO NICE, POLITE, FRIENDLY ... Their behavior is so nice with kids and family, so supportive and helpful especially AYU who treated and cared about my Kids. AMAZING HOTEL & RESORT... VILLA IS SO NICE. The architecture of the resort is amazing and ambiance is so quite and calm. It is recommended for family only the VILLA. Location is perfect: the hotel is located in a calm street, surrounded by very good restaurants, and just 3 min from Monkey forest. − I would like to recommend to keep the architecture of the hotel as it is with minor renovation of windows and toilets especially inside the standard rooms... so the HOTEL will be the best,

Séjour dans le calme d'un beau jardin contre la foret des singes et à proximité du centre ville + Nous avons adoré le cadre verdoyant de l'hôtel qui est magnifique avec beaucoup de fleurs, la vue de la terrasse nous à tout de suite mis dans l'ambiance vacances. Le personnel a été très agréable, disponible et serviable. La proximité avec la ville et la foret des signes est un gros plus, tout peut se faire à pied. − tout était très bien, rien à dire

It was decent. + Good location in Ubud. Lot of greenery. Decent breakfast and food. − My room 116 had poor WiFi. Poor means none actually. It had a big balcony but we couldn’t use it as it had a bat nest and there would be droppings. It was un sanitary. I couldn’t understand why couldn’t they remove the nest.

Agréablement surprise :) + Très belle piscine, calme, situé juste à côté de la forêt des singes, très facile à visiter. Pas de problème de singe pendant notre nuit. Lessive impeccable, une odeur ultra agréable sur les essuies. Un prix ultra raisonnable pour la qualité de la chambre !! Conseil : Vous DEVEZ essayer le restaurant à côté « Blend café », nourriture exceptionnelle. − Nous ne sommes restée qu’une nuit. Tout était super sauf peut être la connection wifi dans les chambres mais nous avions la 5G donc ça n’a pas posé de problème :)

Avoid: AWFUL mold smell/old building, mgmt would not refund...booked for a month stayed for a night. + Nice staff. Great location with access to many restaurants and fun things to do. Highly recommend this area. Location is good, but beware of the unsafe air in the rooms themselves. The entire place needs maintenance. − The room smells like mold. When I arrived, the air conditioner was on full blast - freezing! I asked the staff why, they said it was to keep it dry so it wouldn't be so moldy. They suggested opening the windows (there are monkeys that walk by during the day and night, so that's not a safe approach). I woke up with a sore throat and headache. I talked to the staff at the front desk, they showed me other rooms. Same issue. Strong moldy smell in the air. These are old buildings and it's very common. I reported the issue to the front desk, they said they would process my refund. Later, I got an e-mail denying the refund, saying simply it is non-refundable. Insane. …
