Good stay for a couple of days + Friendly staff and clean accomodation. Also breakfast was pretty good − Shower in room was not reliable (turns to freeking hot and bathroom was outdated

Close to everything , staff wonderful and very affordable and clean accommodation + Very close to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was really good freshly made on order. − Rooms are a little dated so don’t expect expect modern rooms. Swimming pool looked great only thing no hand rail so if you have a bad back etc not good so in saying that l couldn’t use the pool.

So relaxing! Just needs a little upgrade with the bathroom. + Great location with a lovely pool, frangipanis surrounding! Staff were so kind! − The bathroom. Looked decrepit and kind of dirty. Towel rack was broken before I got there. Not what I expected. Other than that, everything else was good.

+ The pool is lovely and a good size. Staff also very pleasant and friendly. − The rooms are in need of some redecoration and the bathrooms were truly awful, we left 4 days early to move to a different hotel. The pool chlorine levels were too high all our swimwear got stained.

Keep on coming back to Kusuma + Love that is away from the noise but still in the heart of Seminyak. Great swimming pool and big rooms. The staff is superb, courteous and friendly. Plenty of loungers around the swimming pool. The beds are comfortable and huge. − It could do with a little TLC. Tropical climate is not friendly on wood and metal... appreciate the difficulty. For example the pool loungers stained by mildew and sad looking, or the missing bath rack in the bathroom. It was there given the 4 holes in the tiles but must have come off and was not reattached or something like it.

+ The location was extremely quiet, the staff absolutely lovely, the grounds very well kept.We felt safe. We will definitely return, we absolutely loved our stay at Kusuma. − The only thing was that the beds are very quiet hard, and that is all we could really fault.

+ Goede appartementen, ruime bedden. Goed schoon. Zwembad is heerlijk en ligt goed in het midden. Keuze voor het ontbijt was prima. Vriendelijk personeel. De locatie ligt wat achteraf van de grote straat, en daardoor is het rustig, maar je loopt zo een paar minuutjes naar het strand van Seminyak. Hier vind je ook leuke restaurantjes. Klein winkeltje voor dagelijkse boodschappen om de hoek. − Het aanvragen voor handdoeken voor het zwembad was ons onduidelijk maar blijkt wel mogelijk.
