Would stay again! + Staff were super friendly, complementary transport to and from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. Went during a relatively slow tourist season and staff upgraded my room to the suite which was really kind of them. − One of the shower heads had a lower water pressure but nothing too bad.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my 3-day, 2-night stay at this hotel. The friendly staff and + I especially liked how friendly, professional, and efficient the staff were in providing their service. My child’s room was upgraded, which made our stay much more comfortable and gave us a pleasant space to relax during our vacation. The breakfast was also delicious and offered excellent value for the price. − One area that could be improved is the furniture, particularly the chairs in the living area, which appeared worn and outdated. Replacing or refurbishing them would greatly enhance the overall comfort and appearance of the accommodation.

It was completely unexpected, and we truly appreciated their exceptional hospitality and outstanding service.
