+ Вид шикарный, в ресторане еда вкусная,но обслуживание очень медленное − У нас были 2 комнаты стандарт. В комнатах не было хододильника, в одной комнате не было сейфа, в другой сейф не работал. Полотенец для лица, ног не было. Одноразовые тапочки грязные были т.е. ношеные. В ресепшене девушка очень высокомерна я была, что не понравилось нам.

Très belle vue sur la baie - bel accueil + Vue magnifique sur la baie de Labuan Bajo Petit déjeuner varié Literie confortable Personnel très aidant et charmant Emplacement à 3 mn en scooter ou 15 mn à pied du centre ville − Piscine à l’eau trouble et un peu sale Salle de bains pas très pratique (dans les chambres sans fenêtre en tout cas)

+ Location and view is good − Staff. Didn’t give us the room requested . We get complimentary massage but couldn’t get hold of spa till 8:00 pm. Contacted reception and they didn’t even call back about when is the available time slot and when I made an appointment moment the staff told me it was close (to avoid us having massage) also the Restuarant I called 3 times to tell them to have my floating breakfast ready at 7am and they didn’t even call not prepare at all till we almost check out . Staff have problem communication among themselves and also with guest

+ Exellent breakfast, Nice view . The jamu must try! this second time i visit Labuan & stay here .. − checkin time should change to 2pm. 3pm is too lated. lastime got key room at 3.15pm

+ The view was stunning. Good menu. − Lots of steps to our room. Only one elevator working making you wait long times. Not enough umbrellas at swimming pool for shade.

Beautiful looking hotel with disappointing rooms + The pool and the view are beautiful and all the staff is very kind and friendly, especially Albert at the pool. Breakfast and restaurant were great, lots of options to choose from and the quality of the food and drinks was very good! Lovely outdoor areas if you're only here for the pool or for dinner. − Our room (a Deluxe Room) was very average even though in the pictures it looked lovely. We only stayed one night but the toilet was leaking and flooded the bathroom, we asked reception to send someone to check while we were out for dinner but nobody came, so we had to call them again and they eventually sent a guy to fix it quite late in the evening, when we wanted to go to bed. Our air conditioning was also broken. The hairdryer was also broken. We had lots of tiny ants in the room, near the window and the overall cleanliness of the room was appalling. A bit disappointed as the rest of the hotel was gorgeous.

+ Exceeded expectations: clean hotel, great views, excellent food, friendly staff. And even though our standard rooms were supposed to be without view and window, they did in fact have both: windows and views! We will come back.
