Good value for money, good location, not far from the airport. + Breakfast was great. Location was good. Family room was enough. − Family room we had did not have sea view like most of the other rooms. We looked oht o to radio masts. Located on busy road. Not too much parking. Hotel looking a bit tired.

We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel to others. The staff were wonderful. + The pool was wonderful. We enjoyed breakfasts and dinners that we had there. − Some air conditioners were leaking, and we had some issues with the room keys. However, these were addressed very quickly.

+ Staffs were friendly and helpful − The room I was initially given was near the road, and the traffic noise was very loud. I asked the staff on the same day if I could be moved to a quieter room. I was told someone would come the next day to let me know if a room was available, but no one came. I had to go back to the front desk myself. At first, I was told the hotel was fully booked. Only after I explained that I would prefer a refund or to cancel my booking did they look for another option. Thankfully, I was eventually moved to a much quieter room, which was appreciated. However, it was a twin room even though I had originally requested a double bed. Another issue was the hot water. When I went to take a shower, I discovered there was no hot water. I went to reception and was told that hot water was available on request. I would have really appreciated being informed about this when I checked in, rather than finding out when I needed to shower.
