+ Desde el primer momento nos sentimos cómodas en el alojamiento. Asri nos dio la bienvenida y nos ayudó con el equipaje, la gestión del transporte de la isla y el alquiler de bicis/motos. Es muy amable y puedes contar con su ayuda en cualquier momento. Las habitaciones están limpias, son amplias y las camas son cómodas. La parte de la terraza al entrar a la habitación es agradable y la piscina está bien.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt okay, aber es gibt für das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis deutlich bessere Unterkünfte in unm + - eigene Villa - Pool - Terasse - sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage − - kein eigener Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer - extrem laut, da direkt an der Straße - Badezimmer könnten ein Update gebrauchen - für den Preis hatte ich in anderen Unterkünften Frühstück dabei

Great location, helpful and friendly staff + The location was perfect. It was 7-8 minutes walk to the ferry port and the main busy street of the east coast of the island with beaches, cafes, restaurants and night life but it was far enough from the hustle and bustle and the noice. As there are no cars on the island, carrying my large suitcase to the port would be hard but Asri, who was one of the hotel staff, was kind and nice enough to offer taking my suitcase with his electric bicycle and he didn't ask for any money but of course I gave him some tip. − I think the bathroom was quite outdated with cracked tiles. They should renovate the bathroom. But I didn't really care about how the bathroom looks as long as there was hot water. My friends stayed at another hotel and they didn't have hot water in their hotel. Therefore, I appreciated that Hotel Phy Phy had hot water running 24/7. I think the hotel was a bit overpriced. I had stayed in much nicer hotels in Bali for same or even…
