Great value for money and then some... + The room was clean, and staff was very friendly. They cleaned the room daily and changed linen, put complimentary water bottles, cream and tea. Our check-out was at 12 and next check-in was at 3, so we stayed in their lobby for 3 extra hours without any issue. Also, the price is great. Great value for money. The room had a mini fridge and electric kettle as well. − Actually, there's not much to complain about. It was great for the price. Staff did not know English but they tried to guide as much as they could. This is one problem that you'll face everywhere in Indonesia as a foreigner.

+ The air conditioning was very good, and so was the size of the room. But there is a huge potential being wasted. − So firstly the staff at lobby was hard to communicate but the cleaning staff was helpful, he took the lizard from the bathroom. The bathroom had no window or ventilation, or if it did, it wasn't working, taking shower was a torture. Everything in the room was so old; even one leg of my bed came loose at 3 AM. I immediately messaged the lobby, and they said they would check in the morning. No apology was offered, or anything else, not even an apology when I checked out. We had a flight in the morning, so waking up after a terrible sleep was awful; I had to sleep on a crooked bed. Overall, it was the worst room I've stayed in in the last year. You can find something better for this price. Or just pay more its worth.
