It was not a very enjoyable stay. + The location of the property was excellent. So central and easy to get around by walking. No need even for a scooter or bike. − One of the swimming pools was out of use. There was a sign saying it was being cleaned, however that sign was there for at least two days and nothing had changed. It was disappointing to not be able to use it. Our biggest issue was on our final night, we came back to our room after dinner to find bugs in the bed. I had woke up that morning with bites on my legs and they were very itchy, but I never thought more about it. Once I saw the bugs in the bed and on the sheets we knew that was it. We couldn’t stay there so we had to go and find accommodation elsewhere and this was at 9pm. Not ideal walking round the streets with all your luggage. It was an awful experience. I would not recommend staying here.

Good but not best + I had a good experience at Manta Dive in Gili Air. The overall service was good, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the diving experience was enjoyable. The location was also convenient for exploring Gili Air. − However, there were a couple of things that could be improved. The room did not have a table, chair, or sofa, which was quite inconvenient, especially for a longer stay. Also, considering the facilities provided, I felt the price was a little higher than expected. Overall, it was a good experience, but in my opinion, the stay was **not quite worth the money**. I would recommend it for the diving experience, but for accommodation, I think there are better value-for-money options available on Gili Air.

Schöne Zimmer mit sympathischer Tauchschule + Unser zweiter Aufenthalt im Manta Gili Air, die Insel hat sich seitdem wahnsinnig entwickelt. Wir würden auch beim nächsten Mal wieder ins Manta und nach Gili Air kommen. Bestens organisiert, super nettes und unkompliziertes Personal. Die Zimmer sind ruhig, super sauber und schön. Die angeschlossenene Tauchschule haben wir auch zum zweiten Mal genutzt, auch sie ist super organisiert, sympathisch, gutes Equipment, kleine Gruppen, unkompliziert mit super netter Crew, von den Bootsjungs über die lokalen Divemaster (Danke Opik für die tollen Fundives) hin zum internationalen Tauchlehrer (Danke an Johanna und Charlie für die geduldige Ausbildung unserer Kinder) Team. Frühstück im angeschlossen Restaurant a la carte, kleine Portionen aber super lecker mit Ausblick aufs Meer. Die Lage an der Ostseite, kein Strand, bei Flut ist man aber sehr nah an den besten Schorchelspots der Insel, und ein paar Minuten zu Fuß nach Süden kann man ganztägig am St…

+ Tolle Lage, perfekt für Taucher und Schnorchler... schöne Häuschen, im Garten gelegen. Frühstück a la carte war gut. − Pool war leider 3 Tage nicht nutzbar. Braucht man bei diesem Meer allerdings sowieso nicht. Sehr viele Moskitos im Badezimmer

Déception totale + Pas grand chose ! − Nous avons été déçus car cela ne correspond pas forcément aux photos La chambre est petite, c'est vieux ! Les piscines ne fonctionnaient pas. Quant au petit déjeuner, il n'est pas copieux et manque de diversité Pour finir la terrasse n'est pas agréable du tout Bref, vous pouvez trouver beaucoup mieux

Back to Manta!! + Love being on site for our diving. The location is so central and close to many restaurants. This was a repeat visit and we were not disappointed. Loved our bungalow style accommodation. The breakfast included in the tariff was the normal Indo style choices. The dive guides and safety procedures were of a high standard. All divers were accounted for pre and post each dive. We love love love the place. Thank you to all the staff!!! − We didn't like having to leave 😕.
