Overall all staffs are friendly and kind . + Room cleaners provide excellent service − Call up for aircon leaks at room 632 but nobody shown up despite reported to front desk.

Passable + Location was good − Our stay was disappointing due to the dated rooms, which lacked modern touches. The smell of cigarettes was overpowering, and the pillows and mattress were old and uncomfortable. Additionally, the stained carpet detracted from the overall ambiance. Hopefully, the hotel will consider renovations and updates to improve the guest experience

First & Last stay for this Hotel + - Decoration of rose flowers. − - There’s no attraction there. - No smoking allowed in the room, have to go down to smoke at first level. - Surrounding abit creepy. - Food not really delicious. - Aircon was down for a night, they provide fans (but limited). - Water Pressure for Bidet is Too Low.

CLOSED? + none − Hotel was closed when arrived... didn't get any notification of closure...booking was still charged...still no response from hotel nor booking.com side... truly disappointed. Have to book another hotel nearby last minute.

Great location and value for the price + Great location and very good value for money. Room is almost like a serviced studio with a mini fridge, microwave, cooling stove and basic utensils and cutlery. Also the hotel is walking distance to Nagoya Hill Mall which is very convenient. Breakfast also very decent considering the price and options on offer. Not too noisy at night as well. Overall definitely recommend to stay. − Extra towels are provided but chargeable, would be nice if this was like other hotels just provided on request. Also soaps were not changed/provided new the next day after housekeeping.

Another point was my booking allowed for an early check-in but they sadly did not have a room ready, so had to wait about 40 mins till I got my room.

Disgraceful + Average hotel − The fact that the hotel took my booking knowing that they were to close the hotel during my stay. I was not even informed the hotel would close until I ask reception what was happening. Disgraceful way to treat a customer. I will never stay in a Harmoni Group hotel again.
