Un havre de paix avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la vallée + Le lieu est calme et isolé, avec une vue plongeante sur la vallée qui permet d’apprécier les levers et couchers de soleil. Des scooters sont disponibles sur place. Le personnel est aux petits soins.

Unacceptable, Unsanitary, and Unsafe – Avoid at All Costs + Nothing. Absolutely nothing. − This property is completely unsanitary. The apartment was filthy, covered in lizard droppings, and the windows had holes letting all kinds of animals into the room. The bathrooms reeked of mold, and the pool was tiny and dirty. Dinner was awful, and we relocate our entire family 3hours after our arrival to find a clean accommodation. On top of that, we were served by young children who spoke no English, which felt very uncomfortable. This stay was a nightmare, and we are demanding a full refund from Booking.com

Personal excelente, pero demasiado frío en la habitación. + El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Nos prepararon el desayuno para llevar el día que teníamos una excursión y nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitamos durante la estancia, incluido el servicio de lavandería. − Hacía muchísimo frío en la habitación, hasta el punto de que nos resultó difícil dormir. Intentamos poner la calefacción, pero nos dijeron que no estaba disponible. Además, para entrar en calor quisimos darnos un baño y, posteriormente, una ducha, pero no había agua caliente. Creemos que, teniendo en cuenta las bajas temperaturas de la zona, tanto la calefacción como el agua caliente deberían estar disponibles.

Nella montagna + Le ville sono immerse nel verde con una vista incredibile. La nostra villa era enorme per 4 persone e bella. Cena fornita in villa buona. Non esiste un'area comune − La piccola vasca era poco invitante. L'acqua sembrava non molto pulita. La pulizia della villa non perfetta.

Lamentable + Las vistas fue lo que más nos gustó. La cama era comóda y la decoración − La ducha estaba hasta arriba de suciedad, de tal modo que era imposible cerrar las puertas para ducharte. La silicona estaba despegada, y en el plato de la ducha llegué a ver una babosa. Cuando estás en la cama notas una vibración y balanceo constante cada vez que el vecino camina por su habitación. Para llegar al hotel te llevan en moto por una pronunciada cuesta, la cual harás tú sola con la maleta sin ayuda cuando vayas a hacer el check-out. La habitación no está insonorizada. Y la comunicación con el personal fue realmente lamentable. Están tocando todo el rato a la puerta cada vez que quieren decirte algo

Amazing! Love to go back for peace and quiet, not suitable if you just want to party! + Excellent location as “away from the madding crowd” if time allowed it would be a wonderful place to meditate, read a book and relax. − If you enjoy nature and peace nothing could be better.

+ La réactivité et la gentillesse des jeunes gens qui se sont occupés de nous. De la réception au déplacement vers notre chambre en voiturette jusqu'au contact pour un chauffeur. − J avais choisi ce logement pour la vue qu'on avait de la chambre et de la terrasse de la réception que je n'ai jamais vue. Ils nous ont accueillis en dehors de l'enceinte ́nous ont dit que notre chambre etait en bas et que le petit déjeuner serait servi en chambre. Et malheureusement de la chambre aucune vue avec les arbres et plantes devant la fenêtre. La baignoire et la douche avait du calcaire je pense quil y a moyen avec un bon produit d enlever ca. Les fenêtres aussi je pense qu'on peut les laver quand on a ses vues là. La clim qui faig chauffage pcq nous avions froid ne fonctionnait pas Dommage

Soggiorno perfetto per chi cerca il totale relax. La villa è isolata dalla confusione del centro (intorno non c'è nu + La vista dalla camera era spettacolare − La vasca idromassaggio non era pulita, avrebbe bisogno di più manutenzione

+ Belle vue depuis la chambre qui permet de voir le coucher de soleil. − Manque de communication en amont de l’arrivée. Le petit déjeuner ainsi que le repas ne peuvent être pris qu’en chambre. Lors du paiement, il nous a été indiqué que seule l’espèce était acceptée (il aurait été bien de nous prévenir avant afin de prendre nos dispositions). Lors du coucher, quelle fut notre surprise lorsque nous avons vu un rat dans les combles : le matin il y avait des excréments sur nos habits posés dans la salle de bain …

Toller Aufenthalt - schöner Ausblick! Nettes Personal! + Sehr gutes Abendessen und ein tolles Frühstück, wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und hat alle Wünsche erfüllt! Ausblick von der Villa mit 2 Schlafzimmer aus dem Essebereich wirklich top. am nächsten Tag hatten wir das Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Ausblick einfach nur schön mitten in der Natur. − Sauberkeit im Haus 2 Zimmer Villa war naja - da huscht schon mal die eine oder andere Maus durch. Dafür war man in der Natur, da hat man eben die eine oder andere Begegnung die man in der Stadt nicht hat.

Munduk area is lovely but not highly touristy so don’t expect high end as standard. Perfectly simple meals available but + View was lovely. Bed good. Secluded spot so dinner options limited so we ate simply in situ. Staff friendly − Bed upstairs mezzanine style up a steep wooden staircase/ ladder which was imperfect to visit the bathroom in the middle of the night. We were aware of this but didn’t realize how steep it was.

Vue imprenable + Le personnel est très aimable et très serviable. L’hôtel est magnifique, la vue sur la montagne / forêt est incroyable et c’est très paisible ! La nourriture servie pour le dîner est délicieuse, et il y a du choix. − Nous nous attendions à un petit déjeuner un peu plus copieux que ce que la « breakfast box » proposait.
