The gardens were exceptional. Legian area very busy with fireworks going off, most nights. + The pool area and beautiful gardens − Bathrooms need an upgrade and to be cleaned properly.

Kumala home away from home + This hotel had it all for us, they really know how to cater for Aussies! Lovely big rooms with comfortable beds and big pillows. I loved the reading lights on the bed so my husband could sleep while I read. Air con a treat and worked well as did the fridge and shower. Netflix included on the nice big TV's provided in both lounge and bedroom. . Food variety was very good and ice cold Bintang's. Loved the pool area which had sufficient sunbeds The Customer Service was also very good, thank you to all the staff who made our stay a very pleasant one. We will be back

We won’t returned ever. Don’t stay here. + Great location but that’s it − Front reception male staff member very rude and abrupt. No smile or manners. Bed was like concrete, as was pillow. The many many many elderly entitled guests took over all sun lounges with their towels before 9am at pool staff wouldn’t move them even though Sign says do not reserve lounges. When I tried to move towels where no one was I got blasted by a few of them saying it’s their friends! On departure apparently do staff could not organise us a driver either but I got one on grab myself. Breakfast was extremely average to poor. Waited 45 mins for a coffee each morning even though there wasn’t many guests there. Way better stay at other establishments

Kumala never lets you down. Standards are high, value for money, clean, great food, beverage and entertainment. + We have stayed here on numerous occasions. Usually experiment with one or two other hotels/villas before we end up here and wonder why we bother. Kumala will be our go to place from here on. The only criticism I can level is yes, the pool lounge hogging. I’m not sure why people think it’s okay to do that? Happy to be enlightened.

Parfait pour l emplacement le calme la proximité des commerces et plages , la gentillesse de yoga à l’accueil, avec beau + Tout était parfait , l’emplacement a 50 mètre de la plage, l’animation lors des dîners musique live toujours top.. le calme de l’établissement , que des australiens ( retraités pour la plupart ) belles piscines .! − Juste le petit dej peut être à améliorer encore que … donc j ai envie de dire rien!
