Outstanding service, thank you for making our stay memorable. + We were impressed with the 24 hour reception there was always someone ready to assist our requests. The service was outstanding. Villa was beautiful and super clean. Location was great in walking distance to ubud markets and monkey forest, short drive to coffee plantation. − Flooring was very slippery when wet from moss. A tree overhanging the path beside the pool made it difficult to access the villa.

Sympa mais pas propre + Nous avons passé une nuit ici, l’endroit était parfait car proche de Ubud, le personnel génial − par contre ce n’était pas propre…. La piscine sale…. et la salle de bain aussi….

+ The location was decent and the booking process was smooth. − The property was not properly maintained, and the AC was not working in any of the rooms shown. Despite giving multiple chances, the staff failed to provide a suitable or livable room. This caused significant inconvenience and disrupted my stay. Overall, not a reliable experience.

Terribile, sembra bello solo dalle foto + Purtroppo la casa sembra bella , ma non lo è − Casa sporca, piscina inutilizzabile per via della sporcizia sul fondo. Siamo stati 5 notti senza poter utilizzare un bagno per via dell’incredibile odore di fogna che c’era. Lo staff non si è minimamente impegnato per risolvere il problema.
