+ This property is not up to standard. Marketed as new but it looked tired and grubby. Sheets were stained and grey. Stains on the upholstered bed base in our room. No place to store luggage and clothes storage was limited. Crockery was a hit or miss if cleaned properly. The bathroom sinks were made of wood but the varnish was peeling. We had a sky room and had to request the pool filter be checked as was not operational at the beginning of our stay plus the pool and flower bed lights were not working. No joy with pool light. There is no shade provided upstairs making it too hot to use during the day and although the photos show a double lounger ours had a single one. Umbrellas could easily solve this. Food menu was limited and the dining chairs were uncomfortable and one broke during our stay. The gym and bar only opened at the end of our visit. The staff were lovely and attentive and the kitchen was well stocked with crockery and cutlery. Coffee pods are not complimentary. Overall…

+ We loved our stay at this villa and would love to come back. If thinking about staying here, I would highly recommend it. It was so easy to relax here in your own space. Only food we had from here was breakfast but it was really good. Only thing was it wasn’t an area to go exploring like other places, however transport is cheap! The staff are so lovely and made our stay perfect

+ I had a wonderful stay here and would recommend. Friska at the reception and the entire staff was great and welcoming like usual in Bali. They will accommodate you and make your stay as smooth as possible.
