Passable + The staff was lovely and accommodating, breakfast nice options. − Got upgraded to a room, does not look like the pictures at all. Bathroom smelled weird and dust was thick. The sockets didn't work only one did but u had to angle it a certain way. Facilities were not complete.

Disappointment + Disappointed. Only the strategic location and the cold temperature are good. − Everything is old. Old buildings, old towels, old bedsheets. You should've changed them. This is awful for a 4 star hotel. Mediocre breakfast.

+ كل شي ممتاز . ملاحظة الفندق بدون مكيفات لكن الجو بارد جدا مايحتاج و طلبت مروحة لوقت الظهر و العصر ووفروها . كنت ماخذة غرفة على الشارع لان الفندق كبيير جدا و الغرف داخلة داخل الحدايق قلت اريح عالشارع لكن الوضع كان ازعاج جدا جدا اصوات الدبابات و السيارات و الهاوس كيبنق شي مو طبيعي لان مافي مكيفات فالاصوات واضحة جدا لكن لمن كلمتهم بدلولي مباشرة الغرفة بجناح داخلي اكبر وبدون اضافة اي تكلفة − الفطور اغلبه اندونيسي .

جمال الطبيعه والهدوء + يقع المنتجع وسط الغابه والأشجار وبه مسطحات خضراء كبيرة وجميله و إدارة الفندق كانت متعاونه حيث طلبنا تغيير الغرفه لانه هناك مستأجرين بجانب غرفتنا مدرسة إعدادية في هناك صخب كثير من الأطفال ، والمكان هادئ ينفع للاستجمام والبعد عن الضوضاء. − غرف المنتجع قديمه جداجدا والأثاث قديم أرجو تجديده لكي يتماشى مع جمال الطبيعه المحيطة بالمنتجع ، وبالنسبه للنظافه متوسطة تحتاج لإهتمام أكثر.

+ The staff was nice & friendly. The breakfast was great. The location is good, it's easy to find. − The facilities are old, the bed is old, the walls are dirty, I think it's time to update. The breakfast was slow to be refilled. Some of them were empty for quite awhile.

Oud en gedateerd + Het is mooi opgezet in een parkje, maar echt vergane glorie, oud en gedateerd. − Niet schoon, oude en muffe handdoeken, schimmel aan het plafond, beestjes op de kamer.. Kamers zitten als huisjes op een park, maar de paden ernaartoe zijn af en toe beste glad, zeker na regen. Daarnaast is het wat afgelegen en gezien er amper trotoirs zijn kun je amper naar het centrum lopen voor eten of anders.

Has Potential but needs a Major Refurbishment. OK value for the price paid. + The grounds are nice. Nice garden and also the pool area is pleasant. The location is also good. The staff are also okay. − The hotel is run down and poorly maintained. Tiles are off the roof in places, the furniture chipped, the bathroom outdated and shabby. The linen and towels are not well washed (one towel was quite unclean). The property needs a renovation and they need new linen and a deep clean.
