Expensive place to have bed bugs + The staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities seemed very good. Welcome evening meal was a nice touch. Room was a good size, gutted we didn't get chance to find out whether the bed was comfy. − The bed bugs, and the lack of refund considering we couldn't stay there due to this particular health hazard.
