+ Staff is super helpful 10/10 Very nice bathroom − breakfast was very simple,we rather went to a place nearby to have something to eat by default this place is by the monkey forest so expect them to ruin your time by the pool 😁

Overall a nice stay especially because of the faciliy location. − Cleaning: the rooms in this facility appeared to be quite tidy however I found a spider web in a corner and it was full of mosquitos which is not ideal in a country where dengue cases are increasing. Luckily, the hotel personel was quite helful and connected an electronic mosquitos repellant to one of my rooms outlets. personal availability: as the room does not have a phone to connect you with the reception you can only call/text the hotel personnal via whatsapp if you need something. As I needed some water I ordered it via the whatsapp messagging channel. The personal replied promptly stating they will come and hand the bottle of water to me. However, nobody came and when I texted the whataspp chat again I noticed that my messages were not been delivered. The personal replied to me only the next morning apologizing for the incovenience. i’d definitely stay again, specially because of the location + i love the location, walking distance from so many good places the staff is very accommodating very comfortable − the towels had some stains on it and they don’t provide hand towels the pillows are a bit hard the toilet has smell, so had to remember to close the door before leaving otherwise there would be smell in the room

Great staff but rooms not like the photos + Staff were great, we had an issue with the tv and they got us a new one that worked which was great, location was good too right by the monkey forest − We booked for the bath but honestly the smell in the bathroom didn’t make you want to be in there. The furniture was a little stained and could use an upgrade.

Affordable and great location but could with some extra love + Perfect location right by monkey forest and near a big supermarket. Nice, big, comfortable bed. Affordable room and friendly staff. The little balcony space was nice. − The rooms need a bit of a refresh and maintenance. The towel rack in the bathroom was falling off and the shower and toilet could do with a bit of a deep clean. The wardrobe doors also did not work.

Correcto + La ubicación, esta en la calle principal, al lado del monkey forest, por lo que podías ver monos en el hotel fácilmente. Personal agradable y atento. − Encuentro que las fotos no corresponden con la realidad. La habitación está bien, pero es muy sencillita. En las fotos parece mucho más cuidada. Las sábanas y las toallas estaban manchadas y la habitación en general no estaba muy limpia. La verdad, comparando calidad y precio en otros sitios que hemos estado de Indonesia, me ha parecido algo caro.

Super séjour je recommande + L’établissement était super : calme, très bien situé à Ubud et très agréable. Le personnel est souriant, accueillant et prend régulièrement des nouvelles pour s’assurer que tout se passe bien. − Tout était super. En revanche, nous n’avions malheureusement ni réfrigérateur ni étendoir dans notre chambre. Ce n’est pas un gros problème, mais un ami avec qui nous sommes partis avait un réfrigérateur et un étendoir dans sa chambre. Nous avions exactement la même chambre.

Hôtel très sympa et à taille humaine, le personnel est à l’écoute (location scooter, laverie) et discret. Très bon rappo + Super emplacement, en plein centre tout en étant au calme, belle piscine − Dommage que le petit déjeuner soit servi en chambre, nous avions 2 chambres et plus difficile de déjeuner tous ensemble

J ai passé 2 nuits à Ubud et l’emplacement central de l’hôtel a permis de faire plein de choses en peu de temps. + Très très bien situé. Les chambres sont très grandes et très bien décoré. L’hôtel est à quelques centaines de mètres de la Monkey Forest. Mais pas besoin de vous déplacer, ils vous rendent visite pour le petit déjeuner. L’emplacement est central. Boutique, restaurant, salon de massage activité, tout est à proximité le seul bémol de l’hôtel, le petit déjeuner, servi dans les chambres, reste très maigre. Mais un super café collé à l’hôtel, propose une carte brunch petit déjeuner, déjeuner, dîner, de très belle qualité.! − Le petit déjeuner servi en chambre.
