- The pool was full of mud and not usable. The furniture was run down and broken. Doors didn't lock. Sheets and towels stained. Bathroom not clean, piss stains on the floor in the toilet as not even mopped. Stunk of mold. Rubbish at entrance to resort.

Bad + Nothing at all, place was disgusting, very dirty, false advertisement. − Didn't like everything, villa was filthy dirty, no equipment that is advertised, no water in showers, frogs in bathroom facilities, mosquitos inside and out, broken lights and switches, TV's don't work.. beds and all linen were filthy and stained.. Outside table was putrid and benches , fridge and tables were cleaned or wiped. Pool was green and filthy. I do not recommend staying here, this establishment should be bull dozed and shut down Very disappointed for the price I payed, and to set it off more I never received a refund.... The villas and booking.com have failed me...

Bad + Absolutely nothing − This has to be the worst property I have ever stayed at. Dirty , no hot water , no flushing toilets and stained bed linen. The pictures looked nothing like the villa. When I asked why the toilet was not flushing they gave me a bucket. Crazy for the amount of money we paid. They refused to refund us as well Do yourself a favour and STAY AWAY !

+ Please stay away from this place. It is a complete scam. In reality, it does not look at all like the photos. - When we reached the so-called “villa”, the place was dirty and disgusting o It had not been cleaned absolutely at all o The kitchen was filthy and decaying, with rot and grime on the walls, where the paint was peeling o The fridge was empty, not even water. It also was frozen solid o In the “bedroom”, the bed had a frame for a canopy but the canopy itself was missing o An ancient aircon unit was barely furnishing AC within a meter distance, and this miserable dirty bedroom is large o The other aircon unit wasn’t working. When we requested that it be fixed, it started dripping water, it hadn’t been cleaned in God knows how long o There were cables from the tv and various other electrical appliances all over the room o We asked the lady from the reception to move us right away. Cannot, fully booked. Ok then please come clean this disgusting rathole at least. She took more t…

Bad + Wifi only − The entire villa is dirty, kitchen, bathroom furniture,pool no mosquito nets as stated, universal power points to suit international travellers. Pool room services, towels not clean enough, windows without curtains ( lowest privacy). No cooking pots as it's required for a villa, cutlery and plates pathetic. It's shocking that this property would be acceptable by booking.com, the pictures on the internet are totally different from reality on the ground

NEVER GO THERE !! IT’S A SCAM. + NOTHING. Villa was just unacceptable… dirty, smell bad : in one bathroom it’s smell pee, there is water on the ground and in the other bathroom the toilet is broken and the flush doesn’t work. Everything is damaged and dirty, nothing look like the pictures on Booking, this is clearly a SCAM! I ask the lady to change me the villa (2 bedrooms) they don’t have one available, so she give me a 1 bedroom villa but it’s similar, dirty and damaged, it’s unacceptable !! I left the villa and rebooked another establishment. − SCAM. and doesn’t refund you ! It’s unacceptable.

This was the most filthy disgusting villa I have ever seen. We could not stay, we left immediately. + Nothing to like, villa was inhabitable. See my full review. the staff were very unhelpful and claimed that their manager was interstate. They tried to call him and could not get through to him, so they could not resolve anything. Staff on duty claimed to have no authority. − Inhabitable. Cracked paint and mold on the walls. Horrible smell of mold in the rooms. Untreated milky filthy pool. Filthy floors. Tomato sauce on the benches. Piles of broken furniture and rubbish in reception. Even if they cleaned it properly the smell and the pool made it inhabitable.

Absolutely awful, + Absolutely nothing − The room was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed it was disgusting. Tap wear was falling off it smelt mouldy there was hair everywhere and dirt/dust. The sheets and towels were dirty. The drains were blocked cigarette butts around the bath, dirty slimy shower basins etc, kitchen so dirty you couldn’t even cook. Glass were dirty with stuff in the bottom couldn’t even have a drink. There was a broken window in the bathroom that let the mosquitoes in and there weren’t just a few the room was covered. When I tried to end my stay after one night the manager refused a refund and is well aware that the place is an absolute shambles. The pictures that are advertised are prob 10 years old and no maintenance has been done at all. Villa of horrors would be a better way to describe this place

Bad + They ripped me off and refused to give me a refund − They ripped me off after they withdrew money from my account without informing me though Intended to pay cash. I paid the cash and no one informed me I had the money taken from my account. After trying to resolve this I was turned down my right to be refunded the 500$ I paid thinking I hadn't had the money taken from my account.
