Not safe! Thieves !Drug addicts !Owners are lairs. − First of all, this is a cheap hotel. There are many strange people living here. There are no surveillance cameras, and there are no employees responsible for the security of the hotel after midnight. During my stay, there was a traveler from New York who My belongings were stolen. I was attacked by a drug addict who lived here and strangled me. I fought back to protect myself. The hotel owner asked me and the drug addict to leave within 1 hour. Very unreasonable. Even though the hotel owner finally helped me find another hotel and paid for my remaining rent, there were many lies in the middle. For example, lying to me that another hotel was the same as this one, but not only the room There is no communal kitchen, and even the level of the hotel is different. Pleasant + Staff were friendly − I was not refunded for one night, which I didn't spend despite notifying the hotel about my check-in delay that occurred as a result of the canceling of arrival day because of the volcano eruption.

Great place for the price. + We stayed here as a family of four for one night and for the price we have no complaints. Set in a quiet alley but near to the main road with restaurants, cafes and shops it was a perfect location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was big with nice flowers and trees around it. − The place was a little tired, the aircon wasn’t great and a few things could do with replacing. It just needs a bit of a revamp but overall for the price it was great and we would return.
