Falta de mantenimiento + Privacidad, piscina, personal − Las villas están bien pero les falta mantenimiento... Baño y mobiliario del baño antiguo y muy deteriorado ( el inodoro (WC) y la tapa para cambiar), además se salía el agua de la ducha por la mampara. Las puestas cierran mal o van duras. Las fotos de la villa, son de cuándo eran nuevas y no refleja la realidad

The staff were extremely helpful always wanting to help the cleaning teams in the morning were sensational and well orga + Location was reasonably Central in Seminyak. − Nothing really though the lane the gang it’s a long way to our Villa

+ Absolutely nothing, except the help and understanding of the ladies in reception − The place looks absolutely nothing like the photos, I hate to make negative reviews, but this place had mould, it was old and dirty. Very disappointed and did not even stay one night here

Really great facilities for the price. + The smoothie bowl was fantastic. The pool and outdoor area was lovely. All the staff were amazing to deal with. Great location down an alley off the main street. − Decor was a bit dated.

It wasn’t bad but i wouldnt go again. There are better options + It was conveniently located staff were nice and the bed was good. The breakfast was good but the staff were young and seemed to lack experience but wee eager to try and please. − TV Was old so couldn’t get streaming to work. They also asked for a 300.000 IDR cash deposit which was a surprise. There was nowhere to sit except bean bags but we asked for table and chairs and they found some. We also only had 1 bed lamp for us to read by and asked for another and was told there is only one and it was too dull to read by. Reading the bad reviews later was a surprise especially about the bonds. We got ours but the inspection was disorganised and lacked credibility :(
