Parfait ! + Nous avons adoré nos 2 nuits ici. Location de scooter très pratique, chambre spacieuse très agréable ! Nous en avons profité pour faire un massage qui était très bien. La localisation était parfaite pour nous. Merci pour l’accueil !

Prima. + Leuke bungalow. − Locatie. Op loopafstand zijn er maar 2 horeca gelegenheden. De accommodatie heeft alleen ontbijt en kan voor de rest niets verzorgen.

Un 3 stelle sicuramente non un quattro stelle + Giardini curati e bella piscina. Bella location comoda a molti bei ristoranti − Siamo entrati nel nostro bungalow e sotto al letto dei miei figli c era una mela e molta polvere. Siamo usciti dopo 3 notti e la mela e la polvere erano ancora lì. Wi-Fi pessimo nelle stanze e odore sgradevole nel bagno

+ Very close to Dream beach which was great and beautiful. Also close to devil's tears. Property is pretty nice − Lots of stains on the bedding and on cabinets and coffee tables etc. Due to miscommunication and maybe not being good at English, hosts seemed kinda rude and agitated. It started with a trip booking that was made with them over whatsapp. They had said it was "booked". I had double checked everything with them. On reaching the stay, it was found that they didn't make the booking nor did they inform the management. The management started yelling "You not pay" at us. In all other places, we booked and paid once we reached the stay or at the end during check out. We were confused as we did not understand the issue and asked them to check with the person who made the booking on behalf. Not sure why we needed to be yelled at before they checked. Once they checked, they realized they did indeed make a commitment and agreed to make the booking. We promptly paid and confirmed. …

direi un 3 stelle, di sicuro non un 4 stelle + ottima location, vicino a dream beach e appena fuori moltissimi locali carini − siamo entrati nel bungalow e sotto il letto c'era una mela e molta polvere. Siamo usciti dopo 3 notti e sotto il letto c'era ancora la mela e la polvere. Bagno con cattivo odore. Colazione con poca scelta

+ The location was great. − During my stay i saw a cockroach in the bathroom and because there were gaps in the wall and between the door and the wall i couldn’t sleep at all thinking it will come inside. The breakfast was mid and the staff was not very welcoming. Also when i was in the room they tried to come inside.

+ Beautiful place to stay! The whole compound is so pretty. The rooms are clean, cosy and have everything that you need. They even provided a turn down service for the night, which was such a lovely touch and care. The host and all the staff are so nice and really take care of you. They helped organise both our taxis to and from the port for when we arrived and were leaving Nusa Lembongan. Breakfast was really good and had some great options. The Balinese coffee and the banana pancakes were delicious. The location was great as it was close to several beaches and some great landmarks, and was only a short drive from the port. It also had lots of really nice restaurants surrounding it and a great local shop on the corner if you need to grab anything. We wish we could have stayed longer! − Nothing, it was great.

+ Sehr nettes Personal und ein super Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt und vor dem Abend nochmal für die Nacht vorbereitet und ggf. Handtücher gewechselt. Trinkwasserspender ist im Zimmer. Der Garten war sehr gepflegt und der Pool war sehr sauber. − Wir waren von der Frühstücksauswahl enttäuscht.

Magnifique homestay à 5 min de la plage + Les chambres étaient très propres, bien équipées, le ménage est fait tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, les pancakes à la banane délicieuse. L’hôtel se trouve à 5 min à pied de la plage de Dream beach et Devils Tears. A 15 min à pied du sunset point, qui est à faire absolument, la vue est exceptionnelle. Des scooters sont en location à prix bas sur place. Restaurants à proximité à pied. Un grand merci au personnel pour sa gentillesse :) − Pas d’observation.

Si vous ne prévoyez pas de louer un scooter, éviter cet hôtel. + Le personnel (notamment le propriétaire et son épouse) n'étaient pas chaleureux, et peu soucieux de mes demandes. Il n y avait personne à la réception la plupart du temps. Organisez votre séjour à l'avance (points d'intérêt, taxis) car ces derniers ne seront pas d'une grande aide. Les chambres sont cependant confortables et propres. − Le personnel désagréable.

Trend bien + Très bel établissement offrant des chalets séparés et une grande et belle piscine dans un magnifique jardin! Notre chalet était grand, propre et confortable avec une jolie salle de bains extérieure. Kadek et Ketut sont des hôtes sympathiques et serviables qui ont arrangé notre transfert en taxi depuis le port. Leur personnel est également agréable et souriant, merci à eux tous pour leur accueil. Mention spéciale pour le SPA et les superbes massages, ne passez surtout pas à côté ! Je recommande à 100% − RAS
