とても素敵なホテル + とても素敵なプールがあるヴィラです。 フランジパニが落ちてくる中、泳ぐプールは最高でした。 スタッフの方も日本人の女性の方2名、フロントのメガネをかけた男性の方、スパの方、レストランの方、みなさんフレンドリーでとても丁寧なお仕事をされて、1日の滞在でしたが、気持ち良く過ごす事が出来ました。 ありがとうございました。 − 私個人の感想ですが、欲を言えばバスタブが部屋の奥ではなく、プールの横にあれば良かったなと思いました。 せっかく素敵なプールがあるので、バスタブにお湯を溜めて、プールで泳いだ後濡れたままバスタブに入って身体を温める事が出来たら良かったです。 ホテル側もその方が部屋がべちゃべちゃにならず、お掃除がしやすいのにと思いました。 今回の旅行はウブド、サヌール、スミニャックと行きましたが、全てプライベートプール付きにしました。 そしてどこのホテルもプールとバスタブの動線が良かったので、最後の締めくくりの日のレイアウトが少し残念でした。

+ This hotel was truly a wonderful surprise and without a doubt the best one we experienced. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. What stood out the most, however, was the service. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely kind and eager to help, providing attentive and thoughtful care in every detail. Our children loved it so much that they kept saying they want to come back and stay here again. We are very grateful for such a memorable experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

なんでもありとても快適でした。 + アーリーチェックイン、スタッフが直接ヴィラまでカーゴで案内、朝食は注文して作ってくれるのでフレッシュ（部屋での飲食もOK）、施設が綺麗、スナックが部屋に置いてある、近くだと車で送ってくれる、記念日の特別サービス、蚊除けスプレー。 − スイミングプールで使った後タオル掛けがあったら良い。

The staff and team were exceptional ! Even tho i felt the room lacked a few things it didn't matter at all given how + The serenity , the lush greenery , the amazing staff and team and Villa air − showers could do with a cosmetic facelift , i felt the cleanliness could've been a bit better
