in a peaceful stay + very welcoming hotel, the staff is truly familiar, courteous and attentive to everything, I recommend it it is located 10 minutes from nusa dua 20 minutes from semignak there is a toll highway that allows you to activate earlier I am happy to have been in this hotel I thank the staff

Hardly a 4 star hotel + Room (1/5): Big room size. Comfy bed but stained sheet. Mold on ceiling near AC. Horrific bathroom. Broken and rusty glass door handle and shower. Inconsistent hot water. Roach come out from floor drain, and even on bathtub!!! Location (2/5): Serene environment, a bit far from the main road. Dark access road to the parking space. Service (1/5): One time I saw a small snake near the entrance and told one staff. Astonishingly he acted calm and did nothing. Broken elevator can't go down from 3rd floor. Verdict: This is a worn out hotel with poor maintenance. Don't fall for the wide room size and regret like I did.

It was ok. Good for couples to spend time together − Was quite old and run down. Food was good luckily as not much close by unless you got a driver. Couldn’t walk anywhere due to rain

Nice + Overall, it was a satisfying experience. The hotel is located in a quiet area, a bit far from the beach, but still accessible by car. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities like a flat screen TV, AC, and minibar. In general, it’s a comfortable and affordable place to stay. If you’re looking for a quiet spot and don’t mind being a bit away from the beach, this could be a good option. Hopefully, the hotel can improve cleanliness and service consistency in the future.

+ This is a catfish hotel. The images you see on the website during booking is not how it looks. The images looks like it was taken when the hotel was built probably. Everything is broken, old, dingy. I do not recommend staying here. Although, the staff was great, they respond with respect

Do not book here + Liked the friendly staff...large room − Room was very very poorly maintained. It was not as pictured on the site... Holes in ceiling dripping water, shower screen door hanging off the hinges, multiple holes in walls, all furniture cracking and splitting, NO HOT water for shower or bath, shower head broken, no extra toilet rolls, kettle was broken, no teaspoons for tea/coffee station, front door frame was pulling off the wall also no safe in room, exposed power cords and bathroom did not could slide shut... Stair case had multiple broken tiles.. We left 2 days early

Worst Hotel Ever!!! AVOID!!!! + We arrived at the hotel and checked in and got into the lift to a weird smell of rotting fish, when we got to our room on the 2nd floor we found the door didn’t close properly or lock. Further looking around the room we realised there was stains all over our beds which one actually looked to be human faeces, the shower was caked in mould, the bathroom walls and bathtub all covered in mould and rust, shower curtain stained yellow. No depository safe located in the room when stated on our booking we would have one. Rubbish left in the drawers of our room. When we went down to the front desk to ask for a new room, we were told we weren’t able to have a new room as the hotel was full and that they would send housekeeping up immediately to clean it for us. So we left it as that but when we got back into our room the bedsheets and pillow cases still had marks all over them, the bathroom was still full of mould!!! They had most likely just mopped the floor wit…

+ Breakfast was excellent, and the location was good, although it is a bit of a drive from the beaches. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were generally good and efficient. − It appears that the hotel’s maintenance standards are lacking. We experienced several instances where the water supply was interrupted. It seems that the building itself requires a comprehensive maintenance overhaul.

A local friend organised "Uber Eats" for us so my wife could have her meds & it was only for 1 night − We arrived about 9.30 to 10pm, & still needed to have dinner. Reception could not help us as the kitchen was closed, not even for a lite snack as my wife needed to eat something in order to take her medication. The bedroom door did not close & seal properly, rattled all night & the room was not very clean.

Very poorly maintained hotel. Do NOT recommend. + Do not recommend this hotel. Very poorly maintained hotel. Rats in ceiling. No hot water and hardly any water comes out of the tapes and shower. Couch and other soft furnishings stained, dirty, mouldy and torn. Also on very noisy road which made it difficult to sleep.

− I chose this hotel only because I needed a place to stay for one night, and it was conveniently located for me since I had to wake up very early. However, my experience turned out to be extremely negative. The bed sheets were dirty. I asked the staff to change them, and it took about 30 minutes. I then asked to see another available room, but the sheets there were even dirtier.
