+ The staff was friendly and accommodating − There was a flood in the area and pool was green. We had notified staff and we could not use the pool for 4 days which impacted the kids and we had to make alternate arrangements for the kids. Location was pro flooding with the heavy rains and taxi wouldn't drop us close to villa so we had to walk through pools of water ankle deep. No cooking utensils. Had to constantly let villa staff know about lack of hot water in bathrooms. Villa does require a bit of updating.

Не соответствует даже скромным ожиданиям − Грязно! Очень грязно. Старые полотенца с несмываемыми пятнами (на просьбу принести новые принесли стопку таких же) и жёлтое постельное бельё. Вся мебель старая и сильно изношенная. Сантехника и кондиционеры работают на последнем издыхании. Персонал даже не пытается работать нормально: любую просьбу приходится повторять по несколько раз. Бассейн после каждого дождя нужно чистить — в него стекает вся грязь с крыши. А дорога к отелю после дождя и вовсе превращается в непроходимое болото, так что даже в ближайший магазин приходилось ехать на такси.

Other than the two issues we encountered our stay was enjoyable. + Good location, rooms are large. − We were disappointed with a couple of issues during our stay. The fridge in our room wasn’t working and it took two days for staff to fix it. Because of this, we had to throw out a large amount of milk and food that spoiled, which was frustrating and costly. On top of that, we were charged for extra cleaning due to an accidental stain on the bedding caused by our children. While we understand cleaning fees can apply, it felt unfair to be charged for this when we had already lost food due to the faulty fridge — something that was completely outside our control. Overall, the combination of the fridge issue, the food loss, and the additional cleaning charge left us feeling quite disappointed.

Unfortunate + Staff were nice that’s about it. − ⭐ 1-Star Review Absolutely the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had. I booked Awilla Villa for 8 days and it was an absolute disaster from the moment I checked in. The photos online look nothing like the reality. The villa was unlivable, and here is exactly what I experienced: • No hot water for the entire stay – 8 days of cold showers • Air conditioner not working in Bali heat • Toilets constantly blocked due to faulty plumbing (and staff tried to blame guests) • The villa was unstable, unsafe, and poorly maintained • I was told I could shower in a completely different villa, which is unacceptable • Staff insisted issues were “normal” even though I have full video evidence Instead of fixing anything properly, they offered me only AUD $200 for a stay that cost over $1,000. When I requested a full refund, the property gave false and conflicting information, trying to blame Booking.com even though their own staff told my manage…

For an older style property very well looked after like anywhere few little things but the staff were right on it and fi + Location and the price and the helpful staff nothing was a problem. They sorted things out for me. That was nothing to do with the hotel. Very helpful all round. Highly recommend the property and staff.

Disgusting + Absolutely nothing, the worst accommodation i have gone to stay in ever. As a Motel manager myself, I found our accommodation was very sub standard, the rooms were appalling, 1 room leaked, as we had a 2 room Villa, with private pool, doors didn't lock, ants everywhere, Manager or who ever is in charge, didn't ring me like I asked, the photos are very deceptive, very old and out dated, we left after staying only 1 night of our 12 day stay, lovely girl on reception was very upset, but i wasn't even offered a different room, nothing. The owner of this Villa needs to up his standards, or i will seriously post everywhere not to stay in this accommodation. Very poor Customer service on the owners behalf. − Everything.

+ It was on a nice quiet street, the staff were friendly and professional and were there for us straight away if we had any issues. The pool was fabulous. − The doors werent the best, we couldnt use the safes properly and we had issues with the keys and only having one set. They also could utilise the outdoor area to have more seating options.
