Very good villa for the price could use some improvement + Private pool was absolutely beautiful Sunny courtyard. Breakfast was ok always delivered on time Staff were very polite if a bit hard to communicate with − The fact that room service was supposed to be available but wasn't most days as it closed at 2:00 p.m. and no one told us so we would go out the day come back and there would be no dinner Not the end of the world but very inconvenient It would have been good to have some sort of bug spray there were lots of mosquitoes in the room

Worst stay during our Bali Holidays. + The driver Agung was excellent and could drive us around some central places which was really convenient. − Unfortunately we had a really unpleasant experience with Bali Prime Villas. Once we arrived, our villa was not clean enough, meaning that we even had to clean our toilet which had stains from previous guests. The pool was dirty and full of leafs and we were advised that it was just a matter of time, as the water flow was not on yet. The pool guy came and cleaned after our request, however this was not a nice first impression of the villa as the water was looking dirty. There was not hot water and we were advised that the issue could not be fixed overnight. After our strong complaints on the hot water issue - which we assume is a basic requirement for a four-star villa - we were moved to another villa of the same group in a different location. Even though the new villa was an upgraded one, we had issues with birds that had a nest and found…

Villas fit for a king + The villas were spacious and stunning. The kitchen was well maintained and there was a large space for cooking and dining. The pool, bathrooms and gardens were amazing. − I had a couple of communication problems with the staff about laundry and the breakfast but they were always friendly and trying their best. There were mosquitoes at night but that’s what you get in an open villa. A little far out of town.

Could be a lot better as loads of potential. Won't be staying again. + Staff were lovely. Nice private pool. Breakfast/meals are served to villa. Price was good. Supermarket across the road very handy − Lack of communication at times such as not being told the restaurant would be closed until we phoned order though. Kitchen needs to be better stocked with utensils/plates etc.
