+ Amazing view and food was very good.

+ The sea view − It’s not like in the photos. The toilet needs some renovation. There was some yellow marks in the bedsheets, we ask the staff to change it to clean sheets and when we came back the sheets were different but they also had some yellow marks.. we stayed only one night and we were glad to leave! Staff was nice tho but our expectations based on the photos were different

The location is absolutely 5-star + The location is great. The breakfast was great too. − The hotel, despite it's good location and facilities, is short of staff. The existing staff are very sincere and multi-tasking.

Horrorhaus mit guter Aussicht + Eigentlich nur die Aussicht − Wir sind nach einer Stunde wieder abgereist, bereits als wir eintrafen hing ein beissender Geruch im Zimmer, das Zimmer selbst war in einem schlechten und dreckigen Zustand, die Kopfkissen waren voll mit Schimmel flecken das Badezimmer brach fast auseinander, überall Schmutz. Wir haben uns null wohlgefphlt und sind deshalb sofort umgezogen, fairerweisse muss man sagen wurde uns ein weiteres Zimmer angeboten, welches wir aber durch die Erfahrung gar nicht mehr ansehen wollten. Nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

+ Výhľady z hotela sú neuveriteľné. Vždy bolo upratané a staff bol nápomocný. − Trochu by hotel mohol zapracovať na odvetrávaní kúpeľne, ktorá kvôli nedostatku čerstvého vzduchu trochu páchla.

+ The property was perfect for us, we booked the suite room and the views from the balcony were absolutely amazing! The accommodation was so peaceful and the staff were honestly so helpful! Leo was on reception during our stay and he was so attentive, he organised us a driver, our return boat tickets, and gave us amazing tips of where to see during our stay. The friendly staff in these places always make the stay soo enjoyable! Aside from that, it’s a perfect little spot with a shop a 5 mins walk away, monkeys in the trees, a lovely pool to chill by, and a restaurant next door. Honestly can’t wait to come back!

− Había manchas por toda la pared y las cortinas de mosquitos muertos (entendemos que sería de otros huéspedes). Además, nos encontramos unos 12-15 mosquitos volando por la habitación libremente y ahí estuvimos 15 min intentando dejar aquello limpio, además de ciempiés paseando dentro de la habitación. Las sábanas sucias. La ventana para el balcón no cierra herméticamente igual que la puerta exterior, por tanto pueden entrar insectos y bichos todos el tiempo. No lo recomiendo para nada. Entiendo que es selva y que el entorno sea así, pero una habitación debería tener un mínimo de higiene y comodidad. Después de visitar la isla hicimos el chek out y dejamos la habitación, volviendo a Bali. Ni en mi peor pesadilla me quedo allí a dormir (y eso que es de los mejores hoteles de la isla). Isla perfecta para visitar un día y volver a tu hotel. No duermes allí.

− Крайне негативный опыт. Во время проживания мы обнаружили пропажу денег и личных вещей из номера. Персонал украл деньги в последний день нашего проживания в отеле. Я уже слышал про такую схему воровства именно в последний день проживания, но не ожидал что это произойдет в этом отеле. Однако после обнаружения пропажи меня гораздо больше шокировала реакция администрации отеля. Персонал сообщил нам, что полиция вызвана и уже едет. В результате мы долго ждали, находясь в стрессовой ситуации. Позже выяснилось, что полиция вызвана не была, нас просто обманули. В итоге нам пришлось самостоятельно обращаться в полицейский участок. Менеджер не выходил на связь, не отвечал на звонки и сообщения, несмотря на серьезность ситуации. Вместо помощи, поддержки и попыток разобраться в произошедшем мы столкнулись с игнорированием наших обращений. Я уверен в том, что менеджер был в сговоре с персоналом. Никаких реальных действий по урегулированию ситуации предпринято не было. Нам не предложили помо…

+ Шикарный вид из окон и с трассы. Хороший ресторан с приемлемыми ценами, глубокий и теплый бассейн. Просторные номера с балконами. − Очень удаленно от цивилизации и трудная дорога в гору.
