Magical first stop on a journey through Bali + The staff, facilities and food were all amazing. There was also a beautiful pool. We were also able to release baby sea turtles as part of the hotel’s involvement in conservation.

Incredibly special, magical stay + Where do I even begin? From the moment we arrived, we knew we were somewhere special. We were welcomed with warm smiles, a refreshing welcome drink, and a seamless check-in before being whisked away to our room. And then… WOW. Our private pool villa with ocean views was everything we had dreamed of and more. It was peaceful, private, beautifully designed, and felt incredibly special. The bed was enormous and unbelievably comfortable, the room was immaculate and thoughtfully stocked, and the bathroom was absolutely stunning. The resort itself is fantastic. Everything is beautifully maintained, getting around is effortless thanks to the buggy service, and having two gorgeous pools and bars to choose from made every day feel like a luxury. Whether we wanted to relax with a cocktail, soak up the views, or simply unwind, there was always the perfect spot. The restaurant deserves a special mention too. The menu offered plenty of choice, and every meal …

Un personnel très pro et d'une gentillesse indescriptible avec mention spéciale pour le manager IWAYAN MURJANA et YURI. + pyszne śniadania a la carte, miła obsługa, ładnie utrzymany obiekt, czysto − Dokonywałam rezerwacji na booking dla 5 osobowej rodziny (dwoje dorosłych plus troje dzieci). Zapłaciłam za dwa pokoje dla 5 osób ze śniadaniem. Cena uwzględniała 5 osób. Po przyjeździe na miejsce okazało się, że musimy jeszcze dopłacić za dodatkowe łóżko dla dziecka - kwota 800 000 IDR za dobę, mało tego - to "dodatkowo płatne łóżko" okazało się gołym materacem , który został położony na podłodze. Gdy poinformowałam menedżera hotelu iż zapłaciłam za rezerwację dla 5 osób na booking stwierdził, że opłaciłam na booking owszem 5 śniadań ,ale tylko 4 łóżka i na miejscu muszę dopłacić za dodatkowe łóżko, co uczyniłam ( zmęczeni po podróży nie dochodziliśmy więcej tej kwestii). Gdy po powrocie z urlopu napisałam ponownie do menedżera hotelu, iż uważam że niesłusznie pobrano dodatkową opłatę odpisał, że kwota 800 000 IDR nie jest wygórowaną stawką, gdyż obejmuje dopłatę za materac, śniadanie i wszystkie ud…
