+ Nothing. Mr. Irpan (restaurant staff)are very hardworking to serve the customer. Some of the staff gave many excuses. − Service not really good. Response very slow. Food served not as listed in menu.

− the breakfast options are too limited, and the prices are too high. buying an extra breakfast cost 210.000-rupiah Indonesia the staff responsible for breakfast should communicate more.

+ Everything you need in one place. Friendly staff and lovely pool. Cute bedlinen in the kids’ room was a nice touch. Breakfast had loads of options each day. − Room felt in need of a little tlc- we had a slow drip from one of the ac units. We reported it and the hotel sent people round to check it straight away, but it didn’t really fix it.

Really great 3 days away from Singapore and amazing value for the money. + Great pool, decent gym. Staff were super friendly. It was very quiet when we were there but that was fine with us. Kids had great fun with the glossies in the pool. Food was actually really good and breakfast buffet excellent. Great value for the money. Massage was amazing too. − A bit of maintenance work going on but wasn’t noisy or intrusive

Kids-friendly resort + Breakfast, room, pool, service were great! Staff was very responsive to our requests and we enjoyed the option of in-room dining. − Can have more soupy noodles options.

+ Had a great stay. Staff was very nice & friendly. Wide variety of breakfast. Only afew problems like spoiled shower head. And the TV in the bedroom can't be use as well. All this small minor details is better to check before letting guest to stay OR atleast let them know. But they handle it quite fast. Spoiled shower head replace afew minutes after we called the customer service.

+ Everything else was good except the kids club. Cleanliness can be better. − The kids club was really dirty and the toys were all old and dirty which was disappointing. The kids club was not maintained properly and was very messy.none of the toys or books were in good condition. Definitely not a clean and comfortable place for kids. Please maintain this place properly as its for kids.
