+ We are been many times in villas in Bali but this one is so bad specially bathroom and kitchen was so dirty swimming pool never been cleaned, strongly not recommend to anyone to stay in this Villa Azem and Mirsada Perth

Unfortunate the construction happening, really ruined the stay (which we cut short because of this) + The pond with the turtles and the staff were lovely though we did find them slightly interrupting when we were eating breakfast The pool was great but not clean unfortunately − One toilet did not flush The decking was old and broken There was a dangerous gap left exposed There was construction next door which left us to cancel our accommodation and move, constant hack hammering all day from 0800 - not the relaxing Bali vibe people want! Would have been nice to be informed and we would not have booked on this occasion

It was ok, but needs a lot of up keep. The property has a lot of water damage. − The rooms would get wet when it rained, saturate the bathroom and the floors in bedroom and outdoor area would also have puddles on them

Our stay overall was nice but nothing special + the Staff were the best thing about this property they were super helpful and really wanted to make your stay comfortable. breakfast was average but was nice that they came to your room and made it. − Our first room was right in front of a construction site which was bloody awful and noisy but they moved us to another room. Property very outdated and looked nothing like the photos on the booking site. The pool decking had nails sticking out missing and damaged wood which made it not very safe. Towels were stained and could do with some new ones. The kitchen had broken cupboards and facility limited it glasses plates and cooking equipment. I did find cigarette butts around the place and the pool levels were low.

I think with a a slight renovation this place would amazing to stay at unfortunately the roof issues and broken tiles l + I loved the location of the property and the staff were amazing − How old the property was you can definitely see that it’s aged with the roof having holes in it and leaking all over the bathroom and lounge/kitchen making it dangerous to walk ok as the floor is tiled

− Es war sehr dreckig. Wir hatten die Villa für unsere Flitterwochen gebucht. Doch sind direkt in der Nacht ausgecheckt.
