I went up to lovina for the dolphin tour and I was a quick drive to the meetup spot for it which was nice. The hotel its + Right on the water, quiet, good food selection for meals and room service, alright breakfast buffet, the view in my room − The shower was broken but I called reception and they sent someone up very fast to fix it, the bed was very hard and not comfortable, no refrigerated markets nearby

Not a peaceful night + Nice location and friendly staff − The noise, rooms are not sound proof can here tour groups outside at 5am for over a hour very loud, kids running about banging on floor above early hours in the morning, rooms very dated tv and aircon very poor. Also got bitten all through the night from bed bugs

Lokasi hotel sangat bagus di tepi pantai dengan staf yang ramah dan responsif. Namun, kebersihan kamar dan tekanan air s + Staf hotel sangat ramah, sopan, dan responsif. Ketika saya menyampaikan keluhan, mereka segera membantu dan menanganinya dengan baik. Lokasi hotel juga sangat bagus karena berada tepat di tepi pantai dengan pemandangan yang indah − Menurut saya kebersihan kamar masih perlu ditingkatkan karena saya menemukan cukup banyak debu. Sebagai penderita alergi debu, hal ini cukup memengaruhi kenyamanan saya. Selain itu, terdapat beberapa noda di kamar mandi dan aliran air shower relatif kecil. Meskipun demikian, staf housekeeping dan pihak hotel tetap ramah serta berusaha membantu selama saya menginap
