I had an excellent stay at The Komu. The staffs are super friendly, they even gave me a free upgrade to premium pool kin + The room was spacious and sparkling clean. They offered room service twice per day. The location is excellent. Many restaurants and cafes just around the corner. Walking distance to the beach too − Nothing. But thing to take note is the hotel itself is located near to the beach clubs, so might heard some musics at night. It didn’t bother me much tho.

Magnifique + Tout était parfait. C’est la première fois de ma vie que je laisse un commentaire sur booking et dieu seul sait combien d’hôtels j’ai été, partout. Cet hôtel mérite que je prenne le temps d’un vrai feedback, tellement j’étais satisfaite; en quittant l’hôtel (après 11 nuits) j’étais triste, je voulais rester plus longtemps. L’emplacement est top (quartier nightlife) proche de tout, il y a tout ce qu’il faut walking distance. Service excellent, pas très loin d’un service palace ou le client est au centre de l’attention. Tout le monde est au petit soin. L’hôtel dispose dune application super pratique pour programmer la lessive, le ménage, les différents services, etc. J’échangeais directement avec le staff sur Whatssap (très pratique). Le checkin est super rapide et efficace. En arrivant dans la chambre, on trouve un snack et un petit mot (très sympa après 18 heures de vol) et puis chaque jour, le staff met a disposition 4 bouteilles d’eau et biensur capsules de café et thé.…

Overall, our stay was great. We enjoyed it. + The ambience and short walk to the clubs. − The balcony might be facing a kitchen or something. There’s a bit of an unpleasant smell.

Comfortable, great location and friendly staff. + Location, gym, friendly staff, opt for rooms on level 3 as more natural light than lower level floors. 10 minute walk to beach.

+ Great location as it was in the heart of Canggu! Loved that it offered so many partnered discounts for beach clubs and nightclubs (even though I didn't end up using them). Room is spacious, especially as a lone traveler. I even got a free upgrade which I really appreciated. − Rooms are definitely a little dark due to the colour scheme and lighting is a little scarce. Did not particularly like how the layout of the hotel and how it is a little troublesome to walk.
